I hae been smoking for around 6 years. This is my first attempt to quit. I normally smoke about 15-20 a day. I have now got it down to 10-12 a day. Just can't seem to cut back any more!! If you have quit which cigarette was toughest to give. I just can't get past the first one just after waking up!!

    It is sooo satisfying.
