I work in an office environment where half of our staff is either overweight or close to it.

Needless to say, there always arises a minor issue with the air conditioner/heating unit due to the fact that entire office is controlled by one central thermostat.

It seems as though even in late fall, early winter periods, the air conditioner is still cranking, and the above mentioned overweight co-workers continually make comments about how hot is inside the office!

I try to bite down and bear it, bringing in an extra jacket, but I'm curious to know why plump/overweight/obese/fat/chocoholics/gravitationally challenged/belt size equator/rotund people have more of a tendency to overheat.

Please help me to better understand my round co-workers because I do believe that my understand would help build a more hospitable and peaceful work place.

I was considering purchasing a Front Projection Television from my local Best Buy, and I haven't yet consulted with a store employee about specifications.

I was hoping to find out whether watching cable or satellite television was possible on a Front Projection Television. Thanks for any input.
