I had an interview. The interview went well. I was told it is between me an another candidate. I was told I should find out later in the day. The next day (today) rolls around. I haven't heard anything since yesterday. I am then made aware that they had to discuss/connect with the hiring manager. What does that mean? Does this mean I got the job? I didn't even interview with the hiring managers. It's not like it was to discuss salary ranges bc that wasn't discussed in the interview. So I don't see how this fits. I still wasn't given an answer as to whether I got the job or not. Someone familiar with employment help.

I got this Lithops plant from Lowes and I love it, I have placed it in my window and water it only when the soil is dry. I don't water it a lot.

Well a few days ago I noticed it the opening of the plant a brown stem pushed its way up. It looked like what should be a flower but it was dry and brittle. I don't know how old the plant is. I know it was stored in a place where it received no sunlight. I now give it sunlight so I guess it would explain the flower stem pushing its way up but it's dry and brittle (flower stem part looks dead).

I also read they don't even bloom during the summer. So what is going on?

Also it changed colors. I went from baby blue to green.

Ear and head feel full. I hear ringing in both ears and sharp pain. What the heck is going on. It came out of nowhere. I wasn't listening to loud music or any sort of loud noises.

What is going on and what should I do? I'm scared to sleep.

I used a sample cover letter on a website because I didn't know how to start one so I took the structure of an example. I didn't use any of the same sentences. I used my own experiences and life story I just didn't know what should go where.

I received a B+ this semester. Are B's bad? Will law schools like Columbia look at my grades and not want me because of the B. I would hope not but I'm just wondering.

Also, my friend told me g.p.a only determines how well you follow directions and doesn't mean much. If this is so why do law schools and other graduate school rely on them so heavily?

doesn't having curly hair mean your very sexual or something. I remember hearing curly hair is like off the beaten path or unruly.

It may not be new to most people but since when were mixed people not considered black? I mean you look it so why not?

Also I'm not mixed I'm black but i have yellow skin and exotic features so technically people always assume mixed Hawaiian, Filipino, middle eastern, spanish or something else out of the wazoo. And if I tell them I'm black they question it and tell me i'm not then tell me i'm mixed with other stuff and try to proceed to educate me.

It annoys and makes me sick! What happened to the whole if you got black blood your black crap? I mean I was conditioned to this motto and now people want to slide the rug from under me! WTF.... I'm not biracial but there is evidence from somewhere that I have some white in me but why is it wrong all of a sudden to say your black if you don't have the traditional nappy hair dark skin thing. I mean who makes up these rules?

I know most African Americans are mixed but this person has white skin (not albino) and has non African american features by any stretch. Though they consider themselves black and claim to have two black parents. But those parents look white too. Is it possible for black people to look this way. Or do they have to be heavily mixed.

I am 18 yrs old and received a credit card to pay for my college text books. My minimal payment is $40. If I make all my payments or pay more than the minimal will that keep my credit score high? How does it work?

I am 18 years old and want a car. I am looking at the Honda 2011 CR-V. It is expensive 21,000+ considering I am in college and do not have a steady job.
