Need help naming my car?
Don't say it's stupid to name a car. I really don't care if you think that. It's gonna happen anyway.
I have a 2012 Honda civic. The color varies by person. The paperwork says crimson on one and maroon on another but I think it looks like a burgundy to me.
The only name I have though of so far is Rosemarie (nicknamed Rose) but would like to have other options.
4 AnswersHonda7 years agoIs it legal for my employer to force me to get medical exams so that I can keep my current benefits plan?
I've been working full time for a major corporation for 12 years. According to my agreement to work for them (signed at the time I began employment), all I had to do to get medical benefits was work 90 days. I've accomplished that and was satisfied with the medical benefit plan offered for the fist 10 years and nothing was demanded of me other than continuing to work full time. Last year I was told I had to participate in a bunch of activities (lectures, wellness programs, etc.) to earn 1000 points so that I could keep my benefits without paying a higher deductible or higher contribution rates from my paycheck. I barely cleared that hurdle, and now this year, not only do I have to jump through the same hoops, but now have to complete "Age appropriate preventative exams" (mammograms, etc.) by October 4th of this year or risk forfeiting my current benefits (I'd be limited to one plan rather than the options currently offered) and I'd have to pay more money out of my paycheck for it along with a higher deductible. I'd have to pay for the tests myself (more or less the same as office visits, but the co-pays are naturally my responsibility and whatever my plan doesn't cover for these tests) and take time out of my busy day to make appointments for tests I may not really need. I've just about had enough of this, although I do not have other job prospects at the moment and I feel trapped. I'm sick of being forced to do these things just to keep what was initially promised to be mine as long as I remained a full time employee.
Can I legally fight this or have these requirement removed? I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and fret over gathering points. I have a life outside of work and I don't have time for their games.
4 AnswersHealth Care8 years agoDisney's Extra magic evening hours?
I just found out about the extra magic evening hours at Walt Disney World. It is really cool! Do they have that at disneyland too? I live closer to disneyland so it would be easier to go there. I know about their magic morning hours, but the evening hours sound so much better! (you know not having to get up so early)
