What is a good book for people who have high cholesterol ?
My wife has high cholesterol and has been on my back for a real good book on recipes and diets day-by-day meal plans.
So anybody can help me with this ?

I had paid for a download of the Chicken Invader 2 and got it. There was no propblem as I played that game almost everyday and my highest score was in the upper 2 million points.
Then I recieved the CD - now here comes the problem ....
I put the CD in my computer and guess what ? It took everything connected with that game and now I can not play that game so I figured to have a virus.
I did a Norton Virus check and yes theree was one on the CD.
Now I lost the game which I paid for and tried to get back so anybody who knows how to do that ?? Download the game which was already paid for ?
