Hi,

Basically, I twisted my ankle about four hours ago. Got ice on it straight away, and put a "Tubigrip" (branded compression bandage) on it.

No swelling, but it's extremely painful if it moves slightly and my entire foot feels extremely hot if I walk on it i.e. to go to the bathroom.

Tomorrow (Monday), I'm at work and I have to stand up for seven hours - it's a retail job, and I don't often get offered the chance to take a seat/break, so I'm just stood behind the till until I take my lunch and can sit down in the local café.

What can I do to make the pain more manageable? Ringing in isn't really an option unless it's a drastic situation.

They've never been bright green like that! They used to be a darker green. Is it the same for everyone? Have Google changed it?

So, this is a bit of a weird problem.

But sometimes, when I'm watching a Youtube video, the video will suddenly stop, and show that grey circle with the exclamation mark - and tell me that my Flash Player is out of date/non-existent/whatever.

So, first thing I do is to check the add-on - it's enabled. Refresh, try playing the video. No go.

Check another video, maybe one from the side bar - it works! Go back to the original video - no Flash Player(!)

The problem is easily resolved by shutting down & booting up again - but it's a) irksome, b) worrying that maybe other videos will eventually do the same, and c) confusing because the usual fixes for this problem do not work - why does that video not play, when others do, and the add-on is clearly enabled. (I've also tried disabling, applying, re-enabling but that doesn't fix it, either.)

The cactus has grown, it's about two/three inches taller than when I got it about a year ago, so I think it might need re-potting - if not now, then soon. But I don't really know, so if I shouldn't re-pot it, do tell me!

If I should re-pot it, then can anyone offer any tips on re-potting it? The spikes are soft, but I have gotten them stuck in my skin before. So I'm quite worried about just... re-potting it like a normal plant, 'cause it's spiky. XD

wake up really early?

For example, a lot of the time this Summer, I've been waking up around 11/12, due to late nights (5/6/7am).

I woke up early today, around half 9, and I've been feeling sick since. o_o

I've noticed this happens MORE frequenly during college terms. (When I have to be up at 7 for early days.)

But when I have a later day, or on a weekend, I never feel sick upon waking.

I've only ever been sick once or twice as a result of this early morning nausea, which, a lot of the time, passes after I've had coffee or when I go outside to walk to college.

My question is: Is it something I should be worried about? Or is it just me, because I'm used to staying up late and waking up late, so it affects me negatively when it's vice versa?

I also noticed I suffer headaches if I sleep TOO long, but if I sleep too LITTLE, then it's normally early when I wake up, and I feel sick. ._.

How can I find out about my optimum level of sleep, to avoid headaches, and feeling sick?
