My neighbor has a strong grudge against me because i complained about her dog barking (perhaps not in the nicest way). We have had a few little fights. Im 20 and shes like 40, but she acts like shes 12. She and her husband are renting out a big house and I rent out the loft connected to the house above the garage (the entire property is owned by someone else who lives pretty far away). Anyway, they dont let us use the pool, which i understand, but their pool is literally ten feet out from my sliding glass door. She goes in there with her bikini barely on sometimes not even covering her nipples always readjusting and exposing herself in front of this other man shes cheating with. But today she was just swimming and bouncing around staring at me with a smirk as if daring me to come out and say something about it. I'm sick of watching her extramarital affair day after day, and she pisses me off so much, she needs to respect the fact that shes renting a property thats shared with someone else! can i have her arrested if she wont stop? It would be inappropriate at this point for me to complain to the landlords because apparently shes been complaining about us, and i just want to stay on good terms with the landlord and not get him involved with our little squabbles. what can i do..

i had to replace my original studs with longer jewelry because of the swelling. there was only one type in the length i needed, and it has a ball on both sides, instead of a flat disk on the back. my piercer warned me that it would be easier for the ball to get embedded on the inside. i have spider bites, and the one closest to the corner of my mouth has the disk on the back, but the other one has the ball on both sides and now its formed a little crater that the ball is sitting in on the inside of my mouth. i really dont want this to get any more messed up. does anyone have advice to prevent the ball from continuing to go deeper? im really scared this whole thing has sort of turned into a fiasco because the shops here are so bad.

my lip piercing bar was too short for the swelling, and the only shop in my town didn't have anything longer. the guy straightened out a curved barbell with a ball on both sides and told me to use that until the swelling goes down. however, i guess because the skin in my mouth is so soft, the ball is sinking in. i dont want it to become embedded in my skin, so is there something i can do? i was thinking a small washer behind the ball or something similar to that... i am really worried about it has anyone done something like this?

i poured the powder for the jello and the sugar sort of made a cloud come out of the bowl and it smelled exactly like laundry detergent or some like clorox cleaning solution. there was a little water at the bottom of the bowl in the first place, thought it was just leftover from the dishwasher but could it have been some dishwashing soap? O_O i am afraid to eat this so if anyone has made green sugarfree jello and remember what it smells like.. :p

i also thought maybe it was just weird because of the aspartame ?

I got my nose pierced today, and the jewelry the piercer put in is sterling silver. i just don't feel comfortable with sterling silver, i can't leave it in. not only that, while she was piercing me, the end broke off and she just bent the end of it and said it was ok. well i just dont feel like its ok.

i want a really small white (or green or something i dont care) jewel in a nose stud thats 18g and surgical steel. i want something thats quality, not a cheap 3 dollar piece of jewelry, from a reputable online store. this piercing is brand new (today)and ill take the new jewelry to my piercer and have them put it in. i'm so worried about it i want to pull it out and just let it heal but i cant justify wasting my money that way.

ive been temporarily living with my boyfriends parents. i download a LOT. i bought a really nice laptop instead of a car when i was 16. i need to download. when i came to this house however, there was suddenly a 20g limit (this includes all videos streamed and pages visited and pictures looked at apparently). after the limit is reached each and every month without fail, the internet slows down about 200%.

Now me and my bf are moving out, and his mother suggested we set up our internet with the same ISP as her (infowest) and when i told her i would never sign up with them because i dont want a limit each month, she insisted that they all have a limit.

hi, i went to college for a semester and when i came back my bichon looked like a dirty mop. i cut off all the mats (which were everywhere) and made her look much better, however the mats are so bad on her ears im scared ill cut her ear trying to get them off. the groomers here are all idiots who charge me $60 to make my bichon look like a poodle (no matter how many times my mother and i tell them not to)

is there a special way to get these off? can i let them grow out or will they just keep getting matted?

My boyfriend is a little untraditional. He is also vegan and chocolate is the only thing i can think to get him. I dont think he would like roses either. He would like flowers if i went out and collected them from outside but everything is dead here lol.

it was found that this girl, 4'10, had .87mg per liter of MDMA in her system. i would like to know if its possible to convert that to the dose she took, or even how many milligrams were found in her system. i thought overdosing on ecstasy was rare, and i am wondering if this is just a case of her taking WAY too much, or if she had a bad reaction to it or something.

A boy i know is concerned that he will be fired if anyone at his work (jimmy johns) finds out that he is doing things with a girl at his work. He is a manager and she is just an hourly employee. They used to work at the same store but very recently he was transferred to a different one. He seems very worried someone will find out they are together/hanging out a lot. It seems to me like jimmy johns wouldn't really care. Is he just saying that for his own reasons or is it a legitimate concern?

I can't seem to find the sort of picture i need. basically, i would like to draw someone on a piece of paper that looks like they are trying to fit inside, but having a little trouble. if anyone has or can find a picture of someone struggling to fit somewhere, maybe scrunched up or ducking in a room with a low ceiling or anything else that i could use as reference that would be great if you could just put a link here. the picture doesn't matter, just the body. or anything you think might be interesting to my art teacher (its a figure drawing class).

my mom and dad got divorced and my dad is allowed to have the kids for a certain amount of time each week or whatever right? but my mom is literally insane, and she tells my little brothers that "dad wants to have you today" at inconvenient times (aka right before its time to go) and she subtly convinces them they dont want to go, and assures them that they dont have to go if they dont want to. my dad isnt a bad person and he works hard to try to support our family even though my mom spends/ hoards all our money and spends it on things she wants (the food we have is crackers and my brother has welfare bar soap to wash himself with and she gets hair products from salons and new straightener etc) she takes decent care of us and all but she just doesnt care, and she doesnt care that he works so hard, so she convinces my bros that its just a chore to go see him, and he really misses them! they are young, 7 and 11, so its easy for her to convince them. PLUS every time they do go she interrogates them about every little thing and tries to get every last detail about everything he might have said about her and just makes the whole thing miserable, so my dad hasnt seen them in weeks! and whenever i say to my bros, hey i bet he misses you, you really ought to go see him tonight it would be fun, its a movie.. my mom comes up and says dont tell them what to do HE can choose what he wants to do and if he doesnt want to go he doesnt have to. this just seems wrong to me... is there a law against it?

i dyed my hair black on a whim yesterday, i know its sort of stupid but im not too fussed with my looks. anyway, its my first time doing it not in a salon so i kinda missed some places. i read its ok to do it over again, so i was thinking of just buying some more black and doing it again. thing is, i sort of think it looks unnatural and somewhat regret it. also the brown that is left (naturally dark brown hair) looks sort of cool with the black. what if i just did dark dark brown over the black? would it make it look more natural or would it make the spots i missed look more obvious.. would i be better off just doing it all black? ill accept whatever, black hair isnt that bad :)

i have a history of sexual abuse (long ago - I'm working through it,) but sometimes when I'm at my boyfriend's house, his dad totally creeps me out. He always loves talking about everything which is good.. and he always tells me how nice i look.. I just think thats weird... is it normal or am I just being paranoid? Yesterday he said it for like no reason we were just talking and he's like well you look very nice today, and i wasn't dressed up or anything.. i dunno what to think really.

my dad has a plan with verizon already, and he has unlimited minutes, he needs unlimited minutes but he doesnt really need texting. he offered to let me on his plan, and i dont need unlimited minutes but i text all the time and my life would be easier if i could get unlimited texting. i dont really need minutes. so is there a plan that could incorporate both of those things and not be completely overpriced?

My mother and father are going through a divorce and fighting over financial information, basically they haven't done their taxes for a few years. I understand how bad this is and everything but all resources i have for getting college money are completely exhausted. my dad can barely afford food, my grandparents are paying for the house. i want to go to college to make my life better hopefully, but i was wondering if there is any sort of help for someone like me :( my parents would refuse to cosign any loan. (i assumed since my mother has virtually no income i could get some federal funding but now that seems out of the question.)
