My friends 1999 Pontiac Grand Prex, 3800 engine auto transmission, thief system. Car was running good until it went through car wash, then wouldn't start, jumping had no effect. All the electrical systems worked but there was no power to starter. Replaced starter and and it started, this was about 5 hours later. Next day it started and died and horn started blowing. What needs to be checked to get it running again.
