Now after six months they are asking me to charge my account as all the money has gone in the add on packs I subscribed which I never did as I already has Mega pack. In my family we know English, Hindi and Punjabi languages only. But to my surprise the add ons include Kannada and Gemini (Tamil, Malayalam) channels also, the languages we don't understand. Also included are the games channels packs and nobody watches games channels in my home and even these all channels are not even activated on my Desk top box.

What you say, is not this cheating.

this is the nice way to make money.

1. First offer services at less price

2. Than secretly add add on channels pack without the knowledge of consumer

3. Customer care would not listen as they are helpless for these deeds committed by there staff to harass people

4. Charge money without even activating the service.

Has any body else got similar problem from Airtel DTH -Direct to home Service.

Solution for me is now. I am not going to recharge my account and go for Tata Sky as they never did this kind of cheating in my three years of usage. I left it and joined Airtel DTH but was mistaken.

Should I go to consumer court?

You can see in the movies men wearing coat pants and shirts etc. but will find women wearing less and less clothes like bikini, low skirts, low neck line and sleeveless exposing most of the body.
