can people find criminal, medical, financial information?

O.K. just wondering becuase their are people who are gay but want other people to accept their sexuality but to me what you do in your bed room is your buisness and I do not have to know that. In a matter of fact why do people got to know a person is gay? Does it matter? Why is it when a male gets rape by another male, people think that is gay. To me that male who got raped is a victim of sexual assault and he is not gay. If a male had sex (raped or not) with another male, is that male converted to homosexuality? And what is this culture? I been doing research on people who have male and female sexes at the same time, what about them? Do they fall into the homosexual catagory becuase of a idenity crisis?

Years ago I took off a very small mole that was on my face. The mole was not cancer. It was just something that was not attractive to the ladies or me trying to get a job. Two years before that, when I decided to join the military I was in MEPS, I pass their physical exam. It was no problem, but the reason why I did not follow through the military at the time because I had a sick kid to take care of. So I been deciding whether I should tell my recruiter or not about it. Becuase I did do the cosmetic surgery (no plastic, just remove the mole) but I can't find the doctor who took off the mole off my face, and two , I wonder if MEPS do a background check on a people before they do a phyiscal exam? This question is for military people who have experience in background checks and etc. Thank you for your answers.

Hi, everybody I wonder who can answer my question. I'm looking for people who have law background to answer this question. This is a civil case.

Here is what my paper I stated I recieved from court:

The parties and/or counsel in this case are to appear before this Court and show cause why this case should not be dismissed. If you do not appear, the Court will enter an Order of Dismissal without further notice.

What does that mean? I been searching different legal web sites to find the meaning. I even check the web sites for the current meaning of laws in my state, and I can only find it on other cases that is not civil. But my case is civil, so can anybody help? Other then that I will go to a lawyer next week so I can make the best choice on this matter. Thank you everybody for your response either positive or negative.

I filed for bankruptcy. and I'm having family and former friend problems, well on my bankruptcy petition everything was right on the paper work until I found property held for: friend and family. I told my lawyer not to put this in the petition , it makes no sense because I told my lawyer I can ask to get the property pick up. But he told me don't worry about it. but I do because I don't want to put my family and former friends property on my bankruptcy. I filed bankruptcy, not them. So I tried to get my friend to pick up his property. Well, I can't find him and his wife or his family , their old neighbors told them I was looking for them and the neighbors replied from them with threats to me because I filed bankruptcy. I tried to call the former friend but the number is no longer in service but they said a year ago they will pick up their property and never did. That's why I say former friend.

Next, my brother-in law property is at my home. I told them I filed Bankruptcy. And then I ask both of my brothers-law who property it is. they told me its not theirs. So, I return back to my lawyer and ask him to change (Amended) the property held for to my property on (exempt) because both my friend and brothers-in law do not want to claim the property.

Question to all who can answer, did I do the right thing by changing my paperwork on the bankruptcy petition? Because I have to go under oath and tell the truth to a Creditor Trustee.
