I'll be turning 19 in just a few weeks. on the 26th of September to be exact!

I now have a desk job ( boring right? ) and all I do is sit on my *** before work after work and when I get home from work. So this month I decided its time to change that and to start working out and loose some weight! Today I will start out with a very quick cardio exercise half hour on the treadmill and as I go along I will start doing longer work out times. I've worked out in the past and I have lost weight about 15 pounds or so and I felt great now I've gained almost all of it back. So for someone who is trying to get back in shape any tips? I bought some granola bars I got some yogurt and I drink plenty of water. I also bought little cups of fruit and I made sure they are in WATER not SYRUP! Trying to lose 30 pounds or so before march! I'm trying to get a flat stomach thats all I'm not a body builder or want rock hard abs lol. So any tips or good work outs that I could do would be helpful!

Any tips what to expect.

ok so heres the story i wanted to download windows 7 so i did BUT i partitioned my hard drive so i can use it it was partitioned at 6.83 gb but it wasnt enough space for windows 7 to work properly so i deleted windows 7 and downloaded it again hoping it would be easier a second time this is where i need help

my partition says its unallocated and i dont know what that means

it wont let extend

i cant make a new partition either

so what do i do

ok so i made a partition for windows 7 on my hard drive well it wasnt big enough so i delted windows 7 now there is 6.83gb of unallocated space what does that mean?? and the only thing it says is properties new simple volume or help so can i make a new partition thx for the help

ok heres the issue i have an ipod touch 1st gen and i have a universal apple dock and a av cable to hook into the tv but im not getting any picture or sound! help me please i really wanna do this.
