  • FBI director James Comey will not apologize for his defaming Holocaust remark? Should he?

    Hello. Lately this is a very big topic in Poland and among the Polonia in the U.S.

    First of all a few historical facts for you people:

    1. Poland was the main victim of Nazi Germany - the nazis led by Adolf Hitler started the WWII by attacking Poland, using the occupied Polish territory as the place of unthinkable genocide which was the Holocaust.

    2. Polish people were seen as "subhumans".

    3. The Polish Resistance Movement was the largest anti-nazi guerrilla resistance in the whole occupied Europe.

    4. The Warsaw Uprising was the largest anti-nazi rebelion in Europe.

    5. Poland was the only country where any help for the Jews was punished by death, but..

    6. .. despite this fact, Poles were the only nation in Europe that created an underground organisation that helped the Jews.

    7. Poland was the only of the occupied countries, that never had no official collaboration with the nazi oppressor, either on the economic, or political level. The only "Polish" collaborants were the

    Volksdeutsche Poles - ethnic Germans of Polisn nationality.

    8. Around 2.8 million of non-Jewish, Slavic ethnic Poles died during the war.

    Lately a man named James Comey, the director of FBI publicly stated that Poland is responsible for the Holocaust on the same level as Germany.

    While trying to understand his philosophy, one question arises: How come an attacked nation be responsible for being attacked, or be responsible for the actions of the oppressor?

    Should he apologize? What are your views?

  • How to add someone to my YouTube contacts when the person does not have a custom URL or Username?

    As most of the YouTube users know, when we want to add someone to our contacts in the YouTube address book, we must copy and paste the person's username which at the very end of the address of his/her youTube channel.

    Now, this damn Google has changed the whole YouTube, there's no option to have a username (if you're new to YouTube, you must have a channel signed by your Google name and a surname), and therefore more and more channels have this random URL which is a combination of some random characters, letters/digits.

    HOW TO ADD such person to our address book?

    Please help.

  • Why is my deleted YouTube account still visable when I click "switch accounts"?

    Ok, so I deleted my other YouTube account that I had on the same email address as my primary account. I thought I totally erased it, BUT now I've noticed, that when I click on my username/email on the upper right side of the YouTube page, and click the option "switch accounts", the name and the avatar of my deleted account is still there. Damn.

    When I click on it, YouTube tells me that I have to restore the deleted account to keep on using it and gives me an option to restore it.

    I want it to disappear totally! How do I do this?

  • Did you notice that YouTube and Google are more and more integrated?

    Hey!

    Lately I wanted to create a new YouTube account and it turns out that now, it's not even like the separate Youtube and Google accounts, but ONE account under ONE name. It is the only option to choose, and there's no option of different channel names.

    What does it lead to?

  • What were the Zippo lighters filled with in the 1930s when there was no lighter fluid?

    Here where I live, a "Zippo style" lighter is also know as a "gasoline lighter" or a "fuel lighter".

    Does that mean that back in the day, in the 1930s when Zippos were invented, they were refilled with a regular fuel?

    Or maybe I'm wrong and this "lighter fluid" was found during the same time as Zippos came into being?

    I'm asking because on every YouTube video that shows how to refill a Zippo, only a special lighter fluid is used and nobody mentiones normal fuel.

  • Did Michael Jackson want to be White?

    To all ya people who say that Michael Jackson was having a disease called "Vitiligo" - If Michael Jackson didn't bleach his skin surgically and really had this sort of a skin disorder, then why did he choose to bleach 80% of the remaining black skin by using white makeup instead of darkening the 20% of the skin that became white?

    And how did it happen that suddenly the shape of his nose has changed and the size of his lips significantly decreased? How come his Afro-textured hair became straight? Is this still classified as Vitiligo?

    I'm asking this question because many people speculated that Michael secretly wanted to look White - there was a rumour that while being raised in the racist America, young Michael often heard that "the king of pop music can not be a Black man" and people often referred to Elvis Presley by saying that "if he was Black, he would never be that big and would never be referred to as 'the king of rock'n'roll".

    In his childhood Michael Jackson had many complexes which continiued during his adulthood, his father was a damn tyrant, some sick sh-t.

    Note that after having the plastic surgeries Michael made his face gradually develop some Caucasian features - small thin nose, small lips, chin moved forward with a cleft in the middle - these are some typical features of a White man. Letting go the straight hair, small nose and tiny lips - but why did he modify his chin while there was nothing wrong with it?

    This is why I'm asking this question right here.

    It's a serious question, no hating or anything like that. I respect Michael alot. RIP.

  • Best lighter for weed?

    There are a few types of lighters like: disposable lighters (cheap ones), butane lighters (storm-proof flame), gasoline lighters (classic zippos) etc.

    Am asking this question because from what I've heard the butane lighters have their flame reaching so high temperature, that it destroys some part of the THC when smoking weed. Some other person told me that the gasoline lighters generate some smoke which is very disturbing while smoking ganja from a glasspipe.

    I've heard about "Bics" and "Clippers" being labelled as "the best lighters for weed" by some smokers, but I just don't know what to think.

    I want to buy myself a good quality lighter which could be refillable and would have an adjustable flame (flame height control).

    I smoke marijuana, usually from a pipe.

    Any suggestions?

  • Anti-muslim protests in the whole Western Europe - what does it lead to?

    Lately a very hot topic widely discussed in the media is an anti-Islamic attitude of native citizens of the Western-European countries including Great Britain and Scandinavia, towards the Muslim immigrants living in their countries. These protests sometimes involve violence and some racist slogans.

    My question, mostly to the citizens of the countries where many Muslim minorities live, that is the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany; the question is - what really caused such a situation? Is this your "multi-culti" globalisation that you were dreaming of?

    If you have let the people from the Islamic world into your countries, and you preferred them instead of the hardworking people from some poor Eastern/Southern European countries like Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, or Albania, so why are you tryin to get rid of these Muslim people now?

    Tell me.

    And please explain, why in some cases, it's not only the matter of Islam? Why also the color of ones skin plays a role in this conflict while in fact there are also some Black Christians in your countries who suffer prejudice now? Aren't these protests becoming racist?

    I even heard voices concerning the special petition about letting Breivik out of jail to let him finish "his thing".

    The most important: How do you think this situation will end up?

    Cheers from Poland.

  • Muslim circumcision - Loose or tight? Low or high? What is the desired style?

    Before you answer to my question you have to know that there are two main parameters of circumcision: the position of the scar and the tightness of the skin. There are different types of circ in different cultures for example the "American circumcisions" are usually high and tight (the scar is far from the glans and the shaft skin is tight during erections) while in Europe, where in fact circumcision is rare, doctors tend to perform very loose cuts.

    Recently I was wondering about Islam and the Islamic circumcisions. On the internet there are some contradictory information about the look of the Muslim penis after circumcision.

    * Some sources say that the scar is far from the glans and the skin is substantially loose (high and loose, or moderate and loose).

    * Other sources say that the scar is close to the glans, but also the skin is quite tight (low and tight, or moderately low and moderately tight).

    If you are a Muslim, and you was circumcised in the TRADITIONAL WAY, please tell me how your cut looks like in terms of the position of your scar and the tightness of your shaft, plus - is your glans totally bare or partially covered.

    I just need to know. Pure curiousity.

  • Do Black American and African Christians believe Jesus and Mary were Black?

    I'm really curious about it. I will tell you about three different points of view:

    * I come from Poland and here we have a holy icon named "The Black Madonna of Częstochowa" or in Polish "Matka Boska Częstochowska - Czarna Madonna".

    On this painting Mary and the child Jesus are both Black and it's beyond all doubt.

    * The other paradox is that after some supernatural revelations, people for example from Portugal claim that they saw Mary and that her skin was snow-white which could indicate she is racially White.

    * Next thing is "The Shroud of Turin" which is supposed to be the reflection of the Jesus's face. The man on this image looks very Semitic like a typical Jew (ancient Israelite ethnicity).

    How do Black peoeple approach the topic of the looks of Jesus Christ and the Holy Mary?

  • Blue eyed soul - isn't it a racist term?

    Is it racist to label someone as a blue-eyed soul singer?

    I'm asking because to me "soul" is "soul" and if you emphasize some racial features of a person performing such music, it sounds hella racist to me.

    And what do yall people think about it?

    Would it be OK if there were some genres like "Dark-skinned electro house" or "Nappy-haired dance-pop" and the artists labelled as the ones who make such music were e.g. Will.I.Am, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj etc?

    (Note that the modern "electronic dance music" genres were primarily popular in Europe, considered as "European music styles" performed by such artists as Scooter, Benny Benassi or ATB).

  • Racism and anti-polonism of Jews like Debbie Schlussel - where does it come from, and why?

    I've heard about Debbie Schlussel being very racist towards Polish people. When Barack Obama was apologising Poland for saying "the Polish death camps" instead of "the German Nazi death camps", she said that Obama should not apologise because he was right. What is more, she said the the Jews were killed mostly by the Polish people, not Germans!

    Oh really? So why Hitler was of Germanic origin? Why Polish people were saving the Jews with the risk of losing their own lives and lives of their families? Why words like "Deutschland uber alles", "Heil Hitler" or "Arbeit macht frei" are from the German language? Why Poland was completely devastated and Polish people were called "untermensch" (sub-human)? I'm just sick when this lady says "Nazis did this", "Nazis did that" and she does not mention their German origin at all, but she's talking about Poles as the ones who "helped the Nazis (of unknown origin)".

    Now this lady sais that she would never like to go to Poland, because "she might get killed by these Polish animals". What was this sl-t thinking? That after what she said, we will welcome her with love???

    I also know she criticised Islam. She hates Arabs (including the Palestinians) just like she hates Polish people. She is one of the most racist people that I ever seen in my life.

    It makes me wonder, that Jewish people don't like Poles, while they respect Germans alot, Germans whose ancestors did all these cruel things to their ancestors. A few days ago, the Polish tenis players, the Radwański sisters, were called "Polish scum" and "Catholic whor-s" by the Israeli crowd during the tenis match. No Israeli media were interested in this "incident". This Jewish agression towards Polish people happens all the time. And when a bunch of Polish stadium hooligans call the supporters of the opposite team "Jews", all the Polish people are automatically called "anti-semites" by the foreign media and their propaganda.

    I know there are some Jews that are nice and polite, but why is this happening with accusing the Poles who suffered EXACTLY THE SAME as Jews during the WWII? Why is this woman named Debbie Schlussel so agressive as she'd like to kill all Polish people and convince everyone else to do the same?

    My 4 questions:

    *** Why is Debbie Schlussel doing this?

    *** What is the origin of her untrue, deceitful and false accusations?

    *** Where does her racist anti-Polish sentiment come from?

    *** Anyone knows how did the Muslim people react on her fake accusations aimed at them?

    Please read the above, then you will understand what I feel and you will be able to give me a good answer.

    Thank you.

  • Arabic names modulated by Black African Muslims?

    I've noticed that Black Africans often have Muslim names, but what is the most interesting is that they kinda "modulate" the original Arabic names so they sound more "African".

    Examples:

    * From Muhammad: Mamadou, Mohamadou, Mahamadou, Muhammadu

    * From Ahmed: Amadou, Ahmadu, Amadu

    * From Othman: Ousmane, Usmane

    * From Abdul: Abdoul, Abdoulaye

    * From Suleiman: Souleymane

    * From Hassan: Hassane, Assane

    * From Said: Saidou, Seydou

    Does anyone of you know some MORE Black African names that has been modulated just like the examples above? I'm making a survey.

    Plus - I'm interested in the attitude of Arab Muslims towards such "modulating" of these names, especially the name of Muhammad. Is it bad or is it good?

  • Why some Americans, Germans and Frenchmen say that Copernicus and Chopin were not Polish?

    I was wondering why some German people say that the man who first discovered that it's the Earth that travells around the Sun - Mikołaj Kopernik (known by his Latin name Nicolaus Copernicus) was not Polish? And why some French people say that a great composer and a piano virtuoso Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin (Frédéric Chopin) was not of Polish descent as well?

    The truth is that Nicolaus Copernicus was in 100% of Polish background and all the members of his family had typical Polish surnames, while Chopin was half-French and half-Polish and what is more, it is reported that he felt to be more a Polish man with a "Polish soul". The vast majority of his compositions were originally titled in Polish and then translated into other languages or had their "technical" titles.

    The worst thing is, many American people believe in the propaganda spread across the world by the above mentioned nationalities, and so they claim the same.

    Why is that? Why some people want to deny the "Polishness" of some great men? Why only everything and everybody who's bad must be "Polish" (like Richard Kuklinski "The Iceman") and when someone is a positive and a talented person of Polish descent, everybody denies his/her ancestry? Isn't it a kinda "prejudice" and a "racist" thing?

  • Arab/Muslim names used in Black Africa?

    I need an educated person who will tell me some good male names of Arabic/Muslim origin used in Sub-Saharan African countries. Even some Sub-Saharan African surnames of Arabic origin are what I'm interested in.

    *** IMPORTANT *** :

    I know that Muslim names are widespread across the whole Muslim world including Sub-Saharan Africa, but I need to know some names/surnames which are met significantly often among Black Africans, or which are MODIFIED and used in a slightly different forms than in the rest of the Muslim world.

    I will give you some examples of what I mean:

    1) Ibrahim = is an Arabic/Muslim name which is used among the Black Africans in the same form as it is used among Arabs. Even in a form of a surname: http://lastnames.myheritage.pl/last-name/Ibrahim

    2) Mamadou = Muhammadu = Muhammad. "Mamadou" is a typical African name and comes from the Arabic "Muhammad".

    3) Ahmadu = Ahmad. "Ahmad" with added "u" or "ou" at the end is widely used in Black African countries.

    I'm doing an important research and i need to know.

    If you are an African Muslim, or simply a wise person, please take part in my question. :)

  • Jewish and Muslim circumcision styles?

    First of all - in medicine there are four different styles/types of circumcision:

    * detailed data: http://www.circlist.com/styles/page1.html

    * photo examples: http://www.eurocirc.org/beschneidungsstile_en.html

    As we know, Jews as well as Muslims have their ritual circumcisions.

    I was just wondering - is there a certain circumcision style or styles, that can be associated directly with Judaism or Islam?

    And what is the distribution of circumcision styles in the world?

    I've heard about some overall data given here:

    http://www.circlist.com/styles/page3.html

    However, I'd like to ask you, if you're Jewish, or Muslim - which style of circumcision do you have? Is is important to a religious Jew or a Muslim, what type of circumcision he has (where the scar is and whether it's "loose" or "tight")?

    I'm asking because to my knowledge it's like that:

    > "high & tight" style is typical for Americans and the "Western" world, highly promoted there and not connected with any religion.

    > "low & loose" is associated with Western Europeans, nevertheless, circumcision is very uncommon in the whole Europe as such.

    Now what about "high & loose" and "low & tight"? Are these types the "religion-based" ritual kind of circs?

    I've heard that "high & loose" is the most sensitive circumcision sometimes used in some Arab countries, while "low & tight" prevents HIV infections and is widely known in Africa.

    PS - If you're Jewish or Muslim - please, after giving an answer note your style, f.e.: "Muslim - low & tight".

    Help me to get some knowledge on this one please!
