I noticed a bulge in roof and went into the attic. Under the bulge area I notice the plywood is raised and no longer connect to the h clip. Does this interfere with the integrity of the roof (will it leak)? I live in south florida, so not caused by snow.

I do marketing on Craigslist, and when I post something on one computer every listing gets flagged, but when I post on a different computer, everything goes through. Both PCs are one the same network, so if one pc got IP banned, wouldn't both get banned? I have even reset my network several times to gain a new IP, and still same results....

Living in FL we get a lot of thunderstorms, about 8 months ago a bad storm that knocked out the power for a couple minutes tripped on of the circuts on the breaker box (the breaker runs 2 bedrooms), every time I tried to reset the switch, it would immediatly turn back off, I must have tried 20-30 times, then finally it worked, and hasn't given me any problems until last night. Same scenerio, bad storm, knocked out the power, when power came back, that circuit was tripped, and could not get it to stay back on, tripped immediately every time, woke up today, tried again 5 times or so, no luck, called an electrician, just went to try one more time before electrician arrives, and it worked, been on 10 min now no problem. What is causing this circuit to trip and give me so much problems getting it back on?

Recently bought a house with in ground pool, I have a weekly pool service, and pool has always looked great. The pool pump is on a timer and runs from about 11am - 6pm. I noticed yesterday that around 11am the pump wasn't on, but didn't think much about it. Today the pool is turning green, and I noticed again the pump was not on. So I went to the pump and saw the lever was on the "off" position, when I turned it to the "on" position, the pump turned on. Here's my question... Did someone (like a neighbor) turn off my pump, or does the lever typically stay in the "off" position when the pump is on a timer? I am trying to figure out if I have a faulty timer, or a faulty neighbor....

Moving to Cape Coral, and curious what NFL team is covered on local affiliates. Curious if the Tampa Bay Bucs or Miami Dolphins will be on local tv (or both). Anyone with knowledge from the Lee county area, please let me know.

Looking for pool homes with a screened lanai, I notice some of them say lanai under truss.... what does that mean?

The dentist wants to put a sealant on my son's molars claiming they are permanent teeth, but my son hasn't lost any of his baby teeth except for (2) in the front of his mouth. Are there permanent molars the come in without losing any of the baby teeth? I figured all the teeth in his mouth were still baby teeth....

Looking to move from Detroit area to FL. I see a lot of beautiful houses for a cheap price in Titusville, specifically in Plantation Oaks Of Brevard. From what I see, there is not a lot of congestion like the Orlando area, and it's real close to the coast (we love the beaches). I just don't understand why the real estate is so cheap. Please don't respond unless you actually live in Titusville, and if you live in Plantation Oaks, please tell me your experience of the community.

I have a Dell Inspiration, My battery would not hold a charge, so I bought a new one, then the new one wouldn't charge, and the laptop would just randomly turn off while being plugged into the wall. I realized my power cord was bad, so I found an old HP power cord that was almost identical to the volts/amps, so I tried it, and the laptop worked perfect (while plugged in) for 3 days (still wouldn't charge the battery)...now 3 days latter, windows will not load when starting up, the windows screen pops up, then freezes.

Should I purchase a new Dell power cord, or have I fried the laptop using the incorrect cord?

Which one and why.....

I have a gas dryer, has a (3) prong plug. The ground plug (round one in the middle) has broken off. When I plug the dryer in with the (2) prongs, the light comes on inside the dryer. Is it safe to use for the next few days until I get a chance to get a new plug? What are the dangers involved if I use it?

I just had a new hot water tank installed about a week ago. Since the install, every time I turn on the hot water there is a lot of banging noises coming from the pipes. Obviously there is air in the line, but I don't understand why it's not pushing itself out the pipe. I read that you can turn off the hot water supply and open all valves then turn back on, but I don't have any shutoffs for the hot water, only cold. I live in a ranch style house, and the pipes only makes noises when turning on the water from the far side of the home (especially bath/shower)

I live in a ranch style house with full basement. In the living room there is a very noticeable electrical humming noise. This noise can only be heard in this 1 room, and in the basement directly below the room. I unplugged everything in the house including all major appliances, and turned off all the lights.. and the hum is still very prevalent. I then shut off the main circuit to the house, and the humming noise stopped, so obviously it's electrical. The noise is similar to the noise that a refrigerator would make (only louder). I have investigated every plug and fixture, and can't figure out where the sound is coming from...it's starting to drive me crazy. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Over the past couple of months (ever since the weather has gotten cold), I notice my 2004 Pontiac Aztek has a hard time getting out of first gear. I have to take my foot off the petal for it to shift, or else the engine revs, but the car doesn't shift. This will only happen for about the first 1/4 mile, then after shifting out of first a couple of times, it won't to it again. This happens every time I drive and the car is cold. I have owned this car for 5 years, and don't remember it ever happening before, does this mean the transmission is going on me? - 84,000 miles on the car

My exhaust is completely rusted out, and I keep finding pieces of it on my driveway. For the last few years I thought it was cool that my Durango sounded like a race car, but I think it's now time to get it fixed. How much for a complete new exhaust installed?

I live near a golf course, and sometimes walk the course at night. Often when walking, there will be a brief temperature change. Not like a breeze or anything, I am talking about a major temperature change (warmer not cooler) The change will only last for a few steps then it's gone. People that I have walked with feel it too. What in the world would cause this?
