  • Tips on controlling male mouse odor?

I recently got a male mouse and I love him! However, I'm having some issues dealing with his odor. In a small bedroom, a little mouse can create some stink real fast.. I currently am using carefresh bedding with yesterday's news on the bottom layer, as well as cleaning his cage with the natural small animal spray stuff. I also have two containers of baking soda on either side of his cage, but it still smells within a day of being cleaned. Any tips..??

  • Best Deathly Hallows Part One scenes?

I saw it at midnight last night, went to school on 2 hours sleep today...but it was totally worth it. By FAR the best movie of the series, no question in my mind. Sooo many amazing scenes, what was your favorite?

In case you care (lol), I had too many to choose from. Loved the Three Brothers animation scene, Ron destroying the Horcrux, Ron leaving, Hermione and Bellatrix :( , and pretty much the remainder of the movie. Seven Potters, dance with Hermione and Harry...I could go on for a year.

  • Suggestions on major/minor's?

Hello! I'll be starting college next fall, but I'm trying to figure out a good major for me to start with.

I've always been into animals, but I'm not sure whether or not I want to go the Pre-Vet route. Right now I'm thinking a major in Equine Science (horses are literally my life) and a minor in Psychology, but can I get anywhere in life with those? Should I do it the other way around? Or should I just throw those ideas out the window and start anew? I've considered Pre-Law as a vague option, but it's not really my passion...just maybe a back up??

I've been riding horses competitively for 10 years, I show rabbits, I'm a two year officer in FFA.

I'm in BETA (2 years), NEHS (3 years), Latin Honor Society (3 years), FFA (4 years).

I was in orchestra up until my sophomore year.

  • Yet another show name question?

Although this one is a little different.

You know how some barns like to have a particular word in all of their horses' show names? Like flower, or whatever? My barn does that as well, but our chosen word is 'View', so I'd like it to have View in it.

The horse in question is a horse I'm seriously considering buying and showing, and I need to figure out a showname for him. If you're wondering, his barn name is Goose, but I don't really care if that's in his showname or not.

    Just leave me ideas please!

Some of our past horses include Viewer's Choice, Viewer Discretion, A Change in View, A View for You, Heavenly View, Pass and Review, etc...just to give you some ideas.

  • Have you ever named a pet after a fictional character?

I'm just wondering if I'm the only person that has done this...not aware of it if any people I know have.

I have a horse named Sirius (after Harry Potter,) a rabbit named Percy (after Percy Jackson,) a late rat named Hermione (after Harry Potter.)

    Just a fun question :)

  • What's your favorite showname that you've heard?

Note; it has to be one you've actually heard, not just made up.

    I'm kind of torn between;

    Window Shopper

    Asleep at the Wheel

    Viewer Discretion, and

    In The Cards.

    Youu?

  • Should I persue photography?

I love to take photos, and I think they're pretty good, but some of my friends tell me I'm really good. I love doing it, but what do you think of my photos?

  • What do you think of my riding?

This is me and my QH gelding Buddy at a show we went to a few months ago. Note that we usually jump much higher, and we jumped low at this show so that he could get used to the whole showing atmosphere without stressing him out or overusing him. What do you think of Buddy and myself?

    http://s590.photobucket.com/albums/ss347/sitkalove...

    Be honest! Thanks.

  • Why are YOU the biggest Harry Potter fan?

    Personally I think I am :)

I listen to Mugglecast the day it comes out, I have first edition copies of all the books, I was at the midnight releases of all the books from Prisoner of Azkaban all, midnight for all movies. I named my horse, my rabbit and my rat after Potter characters (Sirius, Percy and Hermione) and my friends refer to me as the Harry Potter freak - to the point will no one will play Harry Potter Scene It with me anymore cause I beat them all.

So why are you a huge fan? :)

  • Does anyone out there have a Schipperke?

I think I'm one of about 3 people in the world that own a Schipperke. They're just such great little dogs, I love my boy to death.

Anyone else out there a Schip owner?

  • What do you think is the saddest part of Deathly Hallows?

I'm torn between when Snape dies and Harry learns of his true alliance, and the many deaths at the Battle Of Hogwarts - Fred, Lupin, Tonks, Colin, etc.

  • Balance issues with my gelding?

My horse Buddy is a wonderful little chestnut Quarter Horse that has been trained in Hunter/Jumper. I've been riding Hunter/Jumper for seven years. While he is a great jumper, and not to be arrogant, I am a good rider, he has a bad issue with his right side. He is much stronger on the left; we have trouble picking up the right lead, and he lands left after 95% of jumps. He's a lot better than he was, and we're starting to get into some high jumps, and I think we would be ten times better if we could get balanced. His right weakness has in turn made me weaker in the right, due to the fact that he is the main horse I work with, besides riding and training at my job. Does anyone have any ideas to help Bud & I?
