I'm deathly afraid of worms. I feel sick just writing about them. If I see one I start to feel light headed and as if i'm about to feint. in a class of mine there was the power point presentation and one slide showed a video of a bunch of worms moving around and I had to rest my head on my friends lap and then I couldn't hear anything and felt like I was going to vomit! I feel like crying when I see or even think about them. What can I do??!!

Breakfast - 1/2 cup all bran high fiber kellogs cereal

1/2 cup of raspberries

Snack- one banana

lunch- half a cup of fried rice and one spinach spring roll ( homemade, 40 calories)

dinner- 1/2 cup boiled carrots and 1 cup greek yoghurt with 1 cup raspberries.

I went to the store today and bought something that I thought was imitation crab meat. I open one and had a tiny bite , then read cook before consuming, I spit most out but swallowed a tiny piece, will I be okay? I get super paranoid about these things, I feel like fainting from nervousness.

Hi there :) I'm 14 5'3.5 and weight 136 pounds. About 2 months ago I was 147, so I lost a bit the healthy way, although i did stop after 3 weeks. Anyway, summer starts at the end of this week and I go back to school late august/ early September. Overall my goal weight, because of my height, is 110, if I can do that maybe 105?. I think that I'd feel happier and healthier. My problem is that Is 26 pounds. Is there any way I could lose it over summer by eating lean proteins and veggies? I am quite committed when I start something but I want to do it in a healthy matter. So my question is, do you think losing 26 pounds in 3 months (8 pounds a month) is possible? Or a realistic goal? I am most certainly willing to prolongue the amount of time I am giving myself. There actually isn't a huge hurry for me, I'm just tired of being bullied because of my weight. Thanks alot. :)
