  • I can't choose between 2 guys, help? Please?

Okay, so let's just say the first guy is called Francis and the other one is called Hank.

Francis is almost 17 years old. Hank is 22 years old.

    I'm almost 18 years old.

    Francis :

    - Been going out with him since February 4th 2012 now

    - Things were just fine for the first few months, but on June-July 2012, something happened and since then, his parents don't like me.

    - Though things weren't nice between his parents and me, it was still fine between the both of us.

    - Since his parents are strict and don't like me, we barely got to see each other last summer

    - It remained the same on this school year, except we saw each other at school.

    - I'm graduating in one month and I will head to university on September. I'll still live in the same town and all, but since we won't go to school together anymore, I fear we won't be able to see each other anymore. I like texting and all, but it becomes annoying.

    - I've even been starting to lose interest in him since the last few months, mainly because we can barely hang out outside of school and because he's becoming more and more immature.

    - He acts like a real baby... when we met, we could have intelligent, deep conversations and now we barely speak of deep things.... I'm more like his mother than his girlfriend....

    Hank :

    - I met him about 2 months ago, on a website.

    - We began talking on that website, through Youtube (he has awesome guitar videos and such; he's a musician) and then through Facebook.

    - I'm Canadian and he's from France, so obviously we don't see each other.

    - When we talk, he's just so funny and sometimes, he will flirt with me, but in a funny way. I will however NOT flirt back, though he makes my heart beat faster.

    - I can have a better conversation with him. I mean, I know I can't see him, but maybe in a few years, if one of us decides to move to the others' country, we will be able to see each other.

    So....

I KNOW that once Francis is an adult, he'll be free from his parents' rules and such, but his parents will still hate me... so either way, it's either I'm with a guy that I barely see, find immature and who has annoying parents or be with a guy that I don't see at all but that has no parental rules, who is more mature since he's 22 and that his parents might like me.

Thing is... I'm still going out with Francis. Francis doesn't know about Hank. But Hank knows that I have a boyfriend and he respects when I don't flirt back and such.

I just don't know what to do.... I'm already dating Francis. But I like both of them... Francis is getting on my nerves though, because he's being baby-ish and immature. We can't have a normal adult conversation. But Hank lives in France so.........

    I just don't know anymore...

And to make it clear, I DID NOT went around looking for another guy. Meeting Hank was purely coincidental. Initially, HE began speaking to me because he saw I liked metal music so he showed me one of his guitar videos. So....

I'm not comparing the two, but both have downsides and good sides.... I just don't know.....

Oh, and I hate Francis' parents as much as they hate me. They are very VERY odd parents... I even wonder how that poor Francis was able to survive with them all those years.

  • Christians.. do you truly love your kids? WTF....!!!?

Okay, so someone asked a question... he or she asked if they would rather have their son gay or unhappy.

A HELL LOT of people answered they would rather have their son unhappy than homosexual.

WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

As a Wiccan, I'm generally tolerant of Christians beliefs, but when they come up and wish sorrow to their kids instead of them being homosexuals, I can't feel anything but anger.

It's like hating your kids because they like the color blue while the norm is red! WTF WTF WTF!!! Homosexuality is a preference. Color is a preference. Preferences are NOT choices! Either we like or we don't!

If I asked you to change your favorite color, could you? Or say you like spaghetti, and I say "NO! Now your favorite meal is pork chops!" You'd probably tell me to go **** myself! Well, same thing for homosexuality!

Christians, if you truly loved your children, you would want them homosexual and HAPPY rather than living a life filled with nonacceptance, low self-esteem and sorrow...

    I rest my case.

  • Is it part of the Christian religion to try and convert people?

Jehovah Witness knock on people's door because it's part of what they have to do. Do Christians HAVE to do that as well or do they do it simply to be annoying?

It's a very honest question.... I've just wondered for a while now. A while being 5 minutes.

  • For kids of what age would my books be good for?

I began writing a series when I was 13. Now I'm almost 18 and I want to publish this year or the next year. Thing is, a few publishing house ask to send a letter in which we have to say for what age range our book is aimed at...

When I began writing it, I wanted my books to be for 13 years old and up, since I was 13 myself back then.

It made sense to me at the time. A thirteen year-old writing for other thirteen year-olds.

Thing is, I've always had a dark mind.

My story is basically a girl from a village who is exiled for reason I won't say. Thing is, she somehow ends up having to save her friends, herself and the whole world.

Her enemies are freaks who want to create some sort of utopia. However, their leader is cruel and doesn't mind killing to reach his goals.

There is a lot of fighting as the series move forward. Blood and gore is there as well, but not in a way like "Both of her hands got cut and blood spilled everywhere." but more like "She felt a striking pain in her wrists only to realize she had lost both of her hands. Her face whitened as she saw a warm, red liquid spilling all over herself."

Also, in the later books there is one or two sexual scenes, though not trashy... more like romantic... so...

Well... so I don't know anymore... in the second book, a witch eats kids' hearts so she can look younger...

So even as I was writing back when I was 13, there was fighting, blood, gore and the two sexual scenes were planned. So... now that I'm 17, I don't know if it's appropriate for 13 and up.

One of my friends is 14, she read it and loved it so... thing is, she's just as gory and bloody as I am. Personally, when I was 13, blood and gore was my thing, but I just don't know...

So what age range would it be for?

    - Genre : fantasy.

    - Mild to heavy fighting

    - Bit of romance, though definitely not the main theme

    - Two sexual scenes

    - No cursing... though they speak other languages so I translate our curse to their language so... XD they do curse, but it doesn't seem bad.

    - A LOT of warfare and deaths

    So... yeah.

  • A guy told me I had a dark purple aura. What does it mean?

He said my vibrational energy (aura) is dark purple. He also said that it was low-key and very hard to perceive, but terribly stubborn, headstrong and raw.

    What does it mean?

  • I'm doing push ups and sit ups everyday but I gained weight?

    Hey!

I'm 17 years old, 5'6 and I currently weigh about 138 pounds. My waist line is 28 inches and hip line, 40.5 inches.

I've been doing sit ups and push ups everyday or every two days since about a month now. I used to suck; I could only make one sit up and 5 push ups. Now I do about 30 of each in a shot.

However, I used to weight about 132-134... in the last week, I've kept gaining and now I'm 138. However, my waist line and hip line is the same.

I know muscles weighs more than fat proportionally, but I wanted to know if it was possible for my push ups and sit ups to make me gain as much as 4 pounds within a week-week an a half.

    Thanks!

  • What's my vocal range exactly?

Okay, I've asked this so many times before and sometimes I came up to the conclusion that I was a contralto, other times a mezzo-soprano... but what the hell, I can't be both!

My complete vocal range goes from D3 to D6.

My comfortable range lies between F3 (sometime E3) and up to E5, depending on the day.

However, the range where I sound best is between A3 and C5, or, if you prefer, it's my "tessitura".

Here's a song I can sing pretty nicely (Gary Jules - Mad World). It kind of shows off my lower range better, but I can definitely go higher.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7_3eaaZw3Y

I don't have a cover made yet, but I can sing that song (Lacuna Coil - What I See) pretty comfortably :

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sx62WatE278

    So yeah...

I read somewhere that range doesn't really matter when it comes to vocal types and that the best way to find one's vocal type is based on the timbre. But thing is, I find my timbre is RIGHT between contralto and mezzo-soprano! But as I said, I don't think I can be both at the same time!

    Or can I?

    Merci!

  • What is the best brand of condoms for a first time?

I'm a 17 y-o girl, on the pill regularly in a stable relationship with a guy since February. Of course, both of us are still virgins.

Since I want to have protected sex, I wanted to know which brand of condom was the best? (Trojan, etc..)

Like, which one the best for all these things :

    - Less chance of breaking (Duh.)

    - Comfortable for the guy (my boyfriend is not circumcised and they say a guy that is not circumcised who wears a condom is very uncomfortable so...most comfy possible!)

    - Less painful for the girl (I'm very tight.)

    Thanks! :)
