  • My iphone won't charge?

my phone ran low on battery earlier, and when i plugged it in, the charging sign did not pop up as normal. Eventually the phone's battery went completely flat and it turned off. I connected it to my computer and for a while i got the empty battery sign, but then i tried to restart it as it was not working and now it is just going in a continual loop of the apple logo flashing up, and sometimes going on the home screen and turning straight off, sometimes just turning on and off. I just unplugged it while it was on the home screen and it froze, then the screen went off and as it is unplugged, i cannot make it do anything. Is there anything i can do, or am i going to have to take it back to the shop? i am going on holiday on friday and i really need my phone! can anyone help? thanks.

  • tips for learning new languages?

i do french and german at school, but im dropping german and continuing with french for a level- i want to be fluent in french. i also want to speak chienese and spanish. my stepmum is chienese, so she can help me- but i dont see her much, and my dad is moving to mexico city so i would like to learn spanish. i can't learn either of these at my school. i have started to look at a bbc spanish course, but this deals mainly with tourist issues. is there a free spanish online course/ a cheap cd or book i can purchase online? and the same for chienese? what else would you reccomend doing?

  • what is the best box dye to use on already dyed hair?

i have naturally mousey hair, which had a lot of highlights put in it

then i had a brown over the blonde, then a few more highlights

now its all growing out, and i want to re-dye it a brown, but i can't afford to get it done in a salon. which brand box dye should i use? (eg garnier, loreal), one that you can already use on colour treated hair and that wont turn my hair orange or green!

    many thanks

  • A Levels; are these good options?

i want to be a journalist, and i want to travel. and i want to be fluent in french :)

so i want to do my a levels and then go on to do a language course at university, then do a journalism course.

i already have an A in maths and B in science, and now im doing further maths and further science

i have a creative brain, im predicted A*s and As in GCSE's, exempting RS where im predicted a C!?

my favourite lessons at the moment are history and french, and i also do geography, german, maths, english, rs, science

also, i want to speak more languages. i have the oppurtunity outside school to learn spanish and/or chienese, and i may do an extra course in one or both when i am in sixth form/university.

    so i want to do;

english; my school only does lit, but another school does lit& lang combined. is just lit a good qualifacation

    history

    french

    media studies

with the aim that i will get all 4 for a level, another option is i do one for AS, then take another AS in year 13

so are these good options for my ability etc? i think i will enjoy these the most. can anyone recommend anything else?

    many thanks

  • does anybody have anxiety tips?

i have always been a "worrier", but its got diagnosed with anxiety about 18 months ago. since, ive been through depression which thankfully i have overcome now, however i still have bad anxiety. i used to have panic attacks, but not so much anymore. now i just have anxious thoughts and i cant push them away. ive just finished seeing a physcotherapist (i think thats what its called), but i still feel the same. does anyone have any useful tips? its out of control, i get thoughts like the slightest thing ive done could result in people dying, i really can't cope with it anymore. please help.
