  • My cat has a runny nose and sneezes a lot. Does he have a cold, allergies, or should I worry?

    He has nasty green snot coming out his nose every time he sneezes. I know cats have a higher normal temp then humans, but he does feel warmer than normal. He's still eating normally and acts pretty much the same.

    Anyone have any ideas?

  • Will this produce weight loss?

    My sister-in-law is too embarrassed to ask this question so I will do it for her. Please nothing stupid, this is for her and I love Ella dearly.

    She weighs 260 pounds and is 38 years old

    Walks 2 miles everyday - not fast, it takes her an hour, we walk together 7 days a week

    She does weight training with thirty pound weights MWF

    Does Pilates on T TH & S

    She has only lost one pound in the month since she started and is very frustrated.

    She has started eating healthy - she eats 90% vegetarian and stopped drinking soda and only has water and organic juices.

    I try to tell her it's going to work, but I've been thin my whole life and I just want to reassure her this will work.

    Is her body going through a change that will show weight loss soon?

    Please tell me something I can tell her!!!!
