Does anyone know how to solve sinx + cosx = 0 to find x?

Ok, so I really like this girl and I tried asking her last year, but I asked if she would be going to homecoming before I asked her (to make sure she wasn't already going with someone) and she said her dad wouldn't let her go. Later, I told her that I had planned to ask her but wasn't going to because she couldn't go anyway, but I didn't wait for her response. We didn't talk to each other very often after that, and I don't know if this is a good or bad sign. I couldn't play the "go just as friends" card because we don't really talk to each other anymore. What should I do? (p.s. any ideas for asking her would also be appreciated.)

Darwin's theory of creation is a little flawed. How could life evolve from nothing when one of his conclusions was that life had to come from other life? For example, a mouse gives birth to a baby mouse. You can't mix chemicals together and make life. Also, no one has ever been able to reanimate a dead body, even though it is made of things that were once alive.

DNA codes for a specific protein that helps carry out bodily functions (for example, hold oxygen in red blood cells, or attach to a virus until a white blood cell eats it, etc.) A mutation in the DNA can cause the protein to change shape so it can't, for example, hold oxygen very well. What protein is affected by diabetes? (By the way, insulin is a hormone, not a protein)

My disk drive on my windows xp computer does not open the first time I push the button on the drive, is there an ms-dos command that opens the disk drive?

I am connected to the internet via an ethernet cable to a wifi hub, when I click on the icon at the bottom of my screen that says "local area connection" it shows the ip address and subnet mask, but the default gateway is missing and i cannot connect to the internet please help
