I've been in therapy for 4 years now, depression has been the main culprit amongst other things and although I've definitely progressed, its been painfully slow and difficult. I'm going to stop therapy, I need a break and I'm fed up. I have never been on medication before although I have been offered it, I'm going to my GP tomorrow to ask if I can try medication,

Do you think this is reasonable or do you think he will tell me to continue with therapy?

I don't want to go in and look stupid and be turned away.

I have 4 pigeons and a hamster, I am going away this year for 2 weeks. Ever since we got the pets we have gone away for 3 days max so they were fine with a bowl full of food and water but 2 weeks is way to long to go without having fresh stuff.

I can't ask a friend to watch them since the birds need to be cleaned at least once every 3 days, minimum, twice a day when I'm at home and not suprisingly my friends aren't willing to play the pooper scooper for the first 2 weeks of their school holidays, any suggestions?

The birds I have are one and two years old, ready to breed in Feb so I'd like them for squabs also.

Dried fruit, cheese, tea, coffe or hot chocolate, Jam and toast or bread for that? Do they have any warm food, is the vitamins they get from fruit and vedge enough to be called healthy?

After recieving a extremly upsetting e-mail (www.meat.org) I've decided I'd like to become a vegetarian and then progress to a vegan the problem is I'm 15, I doubt my family will understand or back me up! Can anyone help, I'm very passionate about doing this.
