Is there a way for me to get sniper training without joining the military? What are the requirements for becoming a sniper for a local law enforcement agency?

My back yard is only slanted so much so to make sliding on the slip and slide more fun I need some kind of slippery substance other than water. Last time I used dish soap which was fun but burned a little. Any ideas? Maybe water based lube or that baby shampoo that doesnt burn eyes?

First i want to explain that I am not normal. I do big extravagant romantic things for no reason at all and on special occasions I tend to tone it down with the typical dinner and a show. so one night we are hanging out with our best friends and i hold an oragami box i made that had skittles in it and i offered her one saying something like skittles are the colors of the rainbow.

so i was thinking of reenacting that night and proposing while we are all hanging out and putting the ring inside the oragami box with the skittles. now i know she would love it. im jus curious as to other peoples opinions.
