What do you do when an employer doesn't give you an email to send a thank you note for an interview?
I went for an interview today and I really want the job. It was a panel interview consisting of the HR Manager, President, and Vice-President of the company. Here is the issue: I would like to send a follow-up thank you note, but not only did I not get any email addresses, but I've completely forgotten one of their names. Google is not turning up anything. The only way I can contact (other than by telephone) is through LinkedIn with the HR Manager. How do I go about sending a thank you to only one of the three that interviewed me? I was thinking about "Please pass on my thanks to ___ and ___", but since I can't remember one of the names, this is out.
What do I do? Just forget about writing the note altogether? I feel like this is my best option, but I'm worried that a note may be a deciding factor since it shows professionalism and motivation to get the job.

I have a cat that I can't stand. I hate it when he jumps in my lap and I can't tolerate him being in my bed. The weird thing is, he wants to be near me ALL the time. I can't get rid of him! If I move him off the bed, he comes right back and snuggles into my neck. I hate this cat! He's too lovey and needy and it drives me crazy. On the other hand, my husband doesn't mind him and will pet him when he wants, but this cat doesn't care for my husband...only me. I don't understand this behaviour. Why would he like me so much?
4 AnswersCats7 years agoCan an external source find out what type of internet connection I have?
I'm applying to a job that requires me to have DSL or cable internet, but I have a wireless connection that cannot be changed due to my location. Is it possible to say that I have a hardline connection or is this something that the employer can easily find out?
