ive liked this girl to death for over a year. She was my dream girl, just perfect and lovable as can be. The most gorgeous person I've ever been fortunate to lay my eyes on. We were good friends and she always was there for me and a great friend despite how popular she is. She somehow knew my feelings for me and said she was a bit uncomfortable with them because it turned out she was gay. :( she said we can still be friends but she thought I was being little fixated because I told one of my crush's friends about my feelings. She said she won't be really uncomfortable in the future. It's been about two weeks since I talked to her. I'm getting over her but I want to stay friends. How do I go about this?

i work so hard and try so hard but I always fail everything. My high school grading scale is hard. A 94% is above is -A to A+... I want to get into a college with an average ACT score of 22 for people who get in and I have to be in the top 40% in my school. How am I going to do this? I'm so scared

I don't mean to sound like a douche but this is serious. im a senior in high school and nearly every girl I get to know ends up liking me. This year alone, 12 girls told me they like me but I like someone else and I doubt she feels the same. I understand the uproar with Scott Stapp sounding like Eddie Vedder, but why else are they very hated? To me, they sound no less mediocre than Alice in Chains or even Pearl Jam. I'm not a huge fan of Creed but why are they so hated? Besides their mainstream hits, they have good songwriting and bass. Why are they so hated? Just curious. I'm not defending them or anything
