So, my brother Erys married a man named Joshua 10 years ago and they adopted their son Thomas Hudson Lee who is now 6 years old. Erys and Joshua were the perfect couple and they loved their son so much, until Erys passed away 2 years ago. Erys donated sperm to my wife twice before he died and gave us our two beautiful sons Isaac and Elias. Ever since Erys died, I've noticed that Josh has been less interested in caring for Thomas, and he's been into drugs and drinking. We often have Thomas here, and we're worried something will happen to Josh that will leave Thomas with us. My wife and I are both surgeons, and we have 3 kids and I'm pregnant with twins. Issac and Thomas will be in school while we're at work and we have babysitting at the hospital but we're worried that having 6 kids would be too much and we want to be prepared for that type of change... Thomas is 6, Isaac is 5, Elias is 3, Erin is 16months, and the twins are due in two months.

I'm pregnant with twin boys who are due in two months, and I have a five year old named Isaac William, three year old named Elias James, and a 16 month old girl named Erin Alison. We've decided on the names Lucas Alexander and Levi Michael. My last name is Lee and our other 3 kids have the last name Lee, but I think Levi Lee clashes. Levi is a very important name to us as it's my wife's brothers middle name who is the sperm donor for the twins and our daughter (my brother donated to my wife for our older boys). We didn't take a certain last name as we're both surgeons at the same hospital and it gets confusing. Her last name is Nobles, so we were thinking about putting their last names as Nobles-Lee, and possibly changing our other kids' last names to Nobles-Lee as they're still young and it won't effect them. Do you think Lucas Alexander Lee and Levi Michael Lee is better than Lucas Alexander Nobles-Lee and Levi Michael Nobles-Lee?
