my boyfriend and i lived together at two places over a five year period, i got cable in my name and did not pay my bill therefore it was shut off and went into collections,,,,when we moved out to a new address he placed the cable in his name ofter 3 years paying on time he shut it off and a past due amount was on it,,,,we have broken up i live alone and decided to pay my bill off...here is where it gets tricky, after MY service was tunt back on in MY NAME......NOT ASSOCIATED WITH HIM AT ALL IM SINGLE NEVER MARRIED, but at the same address.. i paid my first bill online payment, they put my 99 doller payment on HIS past due account, they said im associated on his account and the monies cannit be turned over into my account in my name....is this legal

We must get rid of our children IMMEDIATELY because we just know how time consuming our new little puppy is going to be and it just wouldn't be fair to the children. Since our little puppy will be arriving on Monday we MUST place the children this weekend! They are described as:

One male - His name is Tommy, Caucasian (English/Irish mix), light blonde hair, blue eyes. Four years old. Excellent disposition. He doesn't bite. Temperament tested. Does have problems with peeing directly in the toilet. Has had Chicken Pox and is current on all shots. Tonsils have already been removed. Tommy eats everything, is very clean, house trained & gets along well with others. Does not run with scissors

and with a little training he should be able to read soon.

One female - Her name is Lexie, Caucasian (English/Irish mix),

strawberry blonde hair, green eyes quite freckled. Two years old. Can be surly at times. Non-biter, thumb sucker. Has been temperament tested but needs a little attitude adjusting occasionally. She is current on all shots, tonsils out, and is very healthy & can be affectionate. Gets along well with other little girls & little boys but does not like to share her toys and therefore would do best in a one child household. She

is a very quick learner and is currently working on her house training - shouldn't take long at all.

We really do LOVE our children so much and want to do what's right for them; that is why we contacted a rescue group. But we simply can no longer keep them. Also, we are afraid that they may hurt our new puppy.

I hope you understand that ours is a UNIQUE situation and we have a real emergency here!!! They MUST be placed in rescue by Sunday night at the latest or we will be forced to drop them off at the orphanage or along some dark, country road. Our priority now has to be our new puppy.

i have three fuzzies...beautiful babies by the way...now to clean up there mistakes they have on occation in the cage i use all purpose cleaner with bleach....do you think this is to harsh?? for them to inhale?? i noticed a few times they sneeze its just i find that is the product that works best for teh smell,cleanup etc..

i am a groomer who was under the impression for about 8 years now plucking ear hair on infected ears of any dog could worsen the infection or at worst cause further damage..so i NEVER do this as of feb i have a new boss ..a shop take over, she has asked me over and over to pull ALL ear hair as i refuse to pull on infections..she said NO NO i have much more experiance then you...just give me the dogs when your done ill pull the hair...i still do not...i refer my clients to a vet who seem to have issues with the ears. Am i right im sure i am.

i hate it it is sooooooo anoying when im grooming a dog and i get a call...."yes id like to make an app" ok what is your dogs breed??? " um toy yorkie" and " can i get a price on a puppy cut?"

ok im like a WHAT??? freakin toy yorkie so im thinkin its another invention so i say ok whats it mixed with ///////i should have known better she was like "oh ITS A TOY YORKIE" so i say screw it and make her the apt give her a quote of 35-40....hopefully its not some kind of gerbil......lol.....ok so im seriously frustrated for tommorow at 7:30 am if she comes in and says TOY yorkie i may just loose it....lol.......ya know...come on...i wantto educate people but jees sometimes you cant win.....toy yorkie.... ha...hey maybe its a toy poodel yorkie lol ah its been a long day..

im now 25 i remember this like it was yesterday and continue to wake up in a sweat from it....

I was 4 my father (a tall man) was crying in the bathroom it was dark...i walk in.....hes naked in the claw foot tub legs up blood all over him...he says turn on the water...i do and the water washes off teh blood but clogs and fills up with the dirty blood.....my mother appears and tells me to go to bed...i cry but do......then i wake same dream same way everytime......i had asked my mother if it happened my father to they both say no.....it just feels to real right down to the smell.

ok im still in my research as many of you know...iv been reading now about "bird safe cleaning" and routine cleaning of the birds area cage etc....now my reading has stumped me...The room which would be dedicated to the bird is a hudge 18 by 24 foot room my husbands weight bench tv and couch also stay in this room along with the dogs crate its a spare/den room where the kids play when over or spare room as the couch pulls into a bed...now problem is its off the kitchen,,,i just read its best to keep ya bird out of the kitchen as this makes sence seeing as though this room is also closest to where all major cleaning is done living room also foyer and laundry room all base off this room now i figured it be great to put stands and also have a peaceful place seeing as though its not a major traffic area..but im scared im paranoid now every time i read something i feel my mind exploding now i have a self cleaning oven does that mean i cant cook in it??/ or just cant use the self cleaner?? do you think i should put the cage in my room that also has a sitting area about 12 by 18 prior to entering my room i was going to do this but I dont know its a weird spot for the big cage ya know?? i intend to have many purches i have three now 2 large and one small " next to the comp so he/she can hang when im on the comp but ah im confused now about how safe it would be......

i dont know im a little embarrased a little weirede out a little uneducated on them so help me out My husband says im a weird o but iv seen people with them they love em....and im sure they dont have the odor of the ferret so thats a plus...what about biting??? and other pets as i have two very friendly well socialized dogs no prey drive and raised with a ferret who has passed....are they like cuddley like a ferret smart?? litter trainable????

can i use the glade plug ins or will it harm the african grey??? also candles i know obvious dangers but im wondering about the fumes??? i know about the nonstick pans and poisons but i now read about scented things....this sux if its true because im a fume aholic!! i love the glade plug ins flameless candles and candles in general....im still in research so dont be alarmed if its dangerous

I sold a puppy on a strict contract, long story short.the purchaser rehomed the dog without my knowledge, that was a breach, the contract stated i am to have teh puppy returned to me for rehoming, that if it if found a dog was sold or rehomed without my approvel it would be stolen property and am am liable to take the dog back as my property....so i find teh dog its skinny back bone purtruding matted beyond beleif..I took the dog right from the yard...im at home this crazy lady pulls up at my home after avoiding me for a week and screams so loud swearing and all, I explained about the contract and she wouldent stop so i call teh police.big mistake! they take the dog give it back to this woman who bought the dog unauthorized and tell me i need ot go to civil court that my contract does not transfer to her and i cant make her sign anything????? how is that possible...now the dog in its deplorable state is back with her tonight..i intend to go to court im just so frustrated and annoyed...im not a byb im regen=stered and i have only had one litter with my finished female by the way its a toy poodle

she has for the past week been acting so weird..she has been distant and been sleeping in her crate depressed, not wanting to train in the feild or at the club not wanting to walk freaks out when we put her outside everything she loves shes ignoring including me and my son..last night she was whinning/growling running back and fourth with a teddy bear, and glased eyes hudge pupils, she had me so worried i felt like she may bite me ( i have never felt that way about her) so at that point i took her for a jog, that she usually loves, well she just sat there like a training puppy...then today loose stool, i went into the emergency we went in to insure it was not bloat, so now to her personal vet monday...346.00 later what now?? brooklyn is well socialized with humans and dogs shes a jogger and usually loves to jog in the rain but im wondering if the hurricaine over florida (where we live) is triggering these odd behaivors...hence the not wanting to run or go outside?? oh and today also she was at the shop with me and she was laying on her bed a groomers daughter whom she usually loves to play with lay by her, brooklyn almost went into a cunvoltion she was shaking so bad scared... the poor girl was crying thinking she had done something wrong, i just dont understand?? any insight will be nice.

if u didnt see the episode one of the judges apraised a contestant by saying "move over cesar milan" victoria stillwell a judge fliped her rocker..said that training is midevil and mytholigical that its cruel and she despises anyone who uses thoes methods to train a dog.. she is a treat based trainer who i now beleive is a weirdo egotistical goat....not because i like cesar but because she is a closed minded trainer...the contestant has a border colie mix named galaxy who is magnificent and smart the question is did you see it and what do u think??

here in florida were always getting down spurts of rain lasts about 4-6 mins and stops brooklyn and I jog 3 miles 3 times a week these past weeks its been pourin i noticed she reacts more energised and her ears set back she gets more into it she squints her eyes its like were in a zone i even get a little pep in my step she seems to glide I think its refreshing because it is to me,,people look at us like were crazy but hey we like that!! note: during thunder or light storms we seek shelter,,,im only saying the rain here...

many of you know me here know that brooklyn my rottie is a sweet girl all abediance holdings and cgc however she is protective of the home and yard she distinguishes very well friends of ours from strangers however we will be going on vacation soon we will have to leave brooklyn and ink behind for two weeks i do not want to board them because i just know brooklyn would freak out and i personally dont trust boarding kennels....sorry....so we decided to find a house sitter a couple of friends we know who know brookln and ink very well..my concern is at night if they get up to do whatever then im afraid she may overreact or flip on them i just have never been in this situation..ink will be fine im 100% sure of it but brooklyns protective thing when it comes to this house is very instintual and strong..we have had our neices sleep over friends on vacation she did fine but she sleeps in the room with me she knew we were there so i think threw her training its ok for them to be there
