International Tang Soo Do Federation?
How do you guys feel about it? Is it a traditional martial art or the same sport jazz as many TKD schools, or does it range all in between?
Those who are familiar with their affiliation please provide input. I'm ignorant of TSD to begin with, just looking for a good martial, non sportive "karate" in my area ahs their school really seems to my only option with my current schedule

How many of us collect patches?
I have this thing with purchasing unused patches from the dojos I train in and setting them aside in this cigar box.
I don't have many and that's probably a good thing but I'm looking forward to adding one more, gentle wind aikido, if they still make patches. The dojo has closed and resurfaced several times in the years since both my father and my sensei had gone there.
Anyway, this is something my dad did and my sensei has a shadow box displaying his in the dojo. I don't feel the need to display certificates, trophies, out belts, just patches.
Do the rest of you feel the patch compulsion or do you collect something else and would like to share it (pics?)? Most unique or best display wins.

It's there some section that's more forum like or web community (forum) that the Yahoo answers crowd goes to chat? I'm getting a little tired of the Q&A format especially when chatting is explicitly against the rules.
I was going to post up a different question but then I realized it was more of a "thread" where the intention was mostly to chat/share pictures which is against forum conduct..
