I am here, just cause R&S amuses me, B&A I actually take halfway seriously, and I hit up the VG section for old school advice. I don't really step out of those two area's. Now then, I am an agnostic atheist, a known troll in R&S, a video gamer, an avid reader and a wannabe writer. I dwell in Transformers fanfic and do my own fantasy and sci-fi stuff. I am a lover of Symphonic Metal and other metals, folk music, Irish music and classic and lot's of the 90's stuff. I am a Decepticon and Argonian on a regular basis. I also have a horrible grasp of sarcasm.

  • To the faithful of R&S?

I have a question of doubt. Do you at times doubt even the power of your chosen deity? Doubt your religion as a whole? Or is it little nibbles that you can put off? Or are you so strong in faith it leaves no room for doubt?

    Fairly straight forward question.

  • So, does anyone else here write fantasy from the other side of the ring?

As in, the dark side. Kind of like the book Villains by Necessity. My own WIP is the rise of an evil empress. More or less. I rather enjoy it, mostly cause a lot of the hero's in modern fantasy do some pretty terrible things but only get away it due to being hero's. I just took it to the logical extreme, yourselves?

  • To any fantasy writers, does destiny play any role with your characters?

Or are you of the preference of no destiny at all? Or do their actions bring about the consequences without destiny getting in the way? Or if it is involved, can they say Screw It or is it brought about regardless?

  • Is this true (Warning, wall o' text)?

Also, NSFA. I was Facebooked this on Facebook.

Jesus better then Santa......Santa lives at the North Pole...Jesus is Everywhere....Santa rides on a sleigh....Jesus rides on the wind and rocks on the water....Santa comes but once a year....Jesus is an ever present help....Santa fills stockings with presents....Jesus supplies all your needs....Santa comes down your chimney uninvited....Jesus stands at your door and knocks open your hearts door and he will come in....Santa has a waiting line to see him....Jesus is as close as the mention of his name....Santa lets your sit on his lap....Jesus lets you rest in his arms....Santa does not know your name....Jesus knew our name before we did. Not only does he know our names....Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly....Jesus has a heart full of love....Santa offers a seasonal ho ho....Jesus offers everlasting joy and peace when you let him in your heart....Santa says you better not cry....Jesus says cast all your cares on me, for I care for you....Santa and his helpers make toys....Jesus makes life new and mends broken hearts....Santa makes you chuckle....Jesus gives you real joy....Santa puts gifts under your tree....Jesus became our gift. He died on the tree that through his blood we could have forgiveness of our sins if we but ask in faith believing. Gifts must be accepted and used, if not they do a person no good....is He in your heart and life?

Whoo. The entire thing was originally all caps and had spelling issues which have been fixed.

  • So this christian show just had a great unintentional innuendo...?

...involving Mary. "A young girl was filled with the blessing of god." Is it wrong that I burst out laughing at it?

  • I have noticed a rather disturbing trend on TCT...?

...At the end of each show their trying to sell me stuff. And it's not toy's,video games or good books. Does that seem right to you?

  • Is it a sin to eat a horse?

As one of those people who will eat near any animal, is this against any rules in the holy books?

  • Is an Assassins Guild a little too cliche?

For one of the books I am writing I have an Assassins Guild. Mind it's neither huge or as powerful as several of the other guilds, but it is still powerful. One of the FMC teachers is an assassin herself and is highly placed in the family. Throughout the book they come up, time and again and occasionally under the FMC's command. Or killed by her as they are under contract.

  • Does anyone know where I could find a certain old 8-bit era game?

It's been forever since I've played it,but I believe it involved a motorcycle shooting at trucks and helicopters in a desert (I never got past the first level as a kid). Obviously I have no name for it,so any vintage gamers out there might be able to give me a hand in finding both the name and it.
