My vanilla, plain sugar cookies are not coming out nicely. A few months ago, using the same recipe, made some tasty cookies but now its as if the butter or margarine is shortening ( my cookies have no taste and are too crispy and tough).

Is it a hydrogenation problem or rancid fats?

Gosh...I scanned through an article for RedHat/Fedora Directory Server. Can this perform as well as an MSWin domain controller? Roaming profiles for MSWin stations and supporting MS applications?
