There’s a girl my age (24) who I highly admire but have never spoken to. Last night I dreamed that I flew to another state, and then went to a shopping mall. It was crowed in the main hallway, but I saw her walking by and called out her name. She turned around, smiled at me and then came over and spoke to me. As soon as the conversation started, I noticed that I was suddenly shirtless. She didn’t mention or seem to notice it as we talked. She was friendly when we spoke. Then I woke up. 

I finished my degree and started my first adult career, and I’ve been at home in order to save money so I can cut down on my student loans and buy my own property at a younger age than if I were to go drop money every month renting. I have a fine relationship with my parents so things are ok there, but some of my friends think my living situation is childish. What do you think?

I’m taking a trip right now and I’ve been putting pictures onto my Snapchat story. Some guys and I are getting into a hot tub tonight (we will be wearing shorts). Are group photos like this the kind of thing that makes people roll their eyes?

I graduated six years ago this May. There was a girl at my school who I was on good terms with, but I never told her that I liked her. I’ve come to realize that I still have feelings for her, and even though I haven’t seen her since graduation I was considering reaching out to her on social media, telling her about my feelings, and asking if we could get a beer and see if anything comes out of it.

I have a math degree and was considering becoming a private tutor aside from my day job. However someone is taking to me about joining Amway. Knowing how much time I would put into tutoring, and how much time I’ve been told will go into Amway in order to be successful, I can’t do both. Does anyone have experience with Amway and think they could tell me of it’s value?

This happened a few months before the quarantine, but I’m just asking now. I was cashiering at a sports game and someone from high school came to my line. She was very friendly but when I told the story to my friend he was like ouch that’s embarrassing. I’m 23 years old. What do you think?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm a shy person who doesn't go out much. I'm looking into moving to a new city, and next month I'll be visiting there for a weekend to see how it feels. I would love to try out some restaurants at night, but I don't know if a table for one is unconventional, particularly at some of the nicer places.

One of my closest friends happens to be gay, and that's never gotten in the way of our relationship before. I'm not homophobic, and as long as we have fun and make each other better people by being friends that's all I look for. However, he recently stopped answering my texts and deleted me on Snapchat. I emailed him and asked him what the problem was and he said his boyfriend (who he's had for a year) was uncomfortable with him hanging around another guy. I've established with his boyfriend that I'm not gay and won't go after my friend romantically but he still doesn't want us hanging around each other.

I'm about to finish my math/statistics degree, and I have to say, I have never felt so unhappy at a place in all my life. So much depression and sleeplessness, late withdrawals for medical reasons, transferring schools, graduating three semesters late, and constant feelings that my 2.9 GPA with no internships throughout the whole thing will get me nowhere when I graduate have made college the worst experience ever. I guess the motive behind this question is , well, if everyone says that college is the time of your life and I couldn't have been unhappier then is my whole existence just gonna be melancholic from here on out?
