I have a GE Refrigerator Side by Side the Freezer is cold but the Fridge side is cool is there anything I can do beside clean the Coil?

I don't hear the compressor run at all but I know the fan is working on the coil. I saw it running when I took the cover from over the coil to clean it.

The Model number of the Fridge is # gss22wgpj bb

Is there anything I can check on this that would be causing the issue?

  • How do you find then repair an Open Neutral ?

I'm pretty sure I narrowed down my problem to a open neutral but how exactly would you find where the problem is in the house ? Its a new house like 4years old or so.

  • all he Outlets in My Sons Room stopped working after he was running Vacuum?

I checked all the breakers and made sure to physically turn them all off and on again several times. I even swapped out the breaker I thought might have been bad which looks to be a GFCI in the fusebox with another above it but still no power in the one room. The house is only like 4 years old. From what I can tell its a 10amp circuit up from the basement to the second floor bedroom where it goes to the light switch then splits up 2 cables to 2 outlets one is switched one isn't. Also from the switched outlet another cable runs up in the attic to another outlet on an another wall. They are all dead the only thing I can think of is a short somewhere between basement and switch :( Any Ideas anyone maybe should I check continuity or something ? or just call an electrician ????
