So say you want to access your right to freedom of speech. Let's say for the hypothetical that website is based in North Korea (although I know that would probably never happen). You as a US citizens write a lengthy rant on their current dictator from the US and they censor you. Would your 1st amendment rights protect you?

I know this is a silly question, but I'm not really going to learn other than by asking.

So I was on NBA.com and I wanted to buy a player jersey. The player's jersey I wanted cost $88, but I realized you could buy a shirt and get your name printed on it for about $65. Do you think I would be able to buy the shirt and just request the athletes name on it and save $20?

I m trying to make some sweet and sour pork and the recipe calls for some cornstarch. I m halfway though mixing and realize I have cornmeal and not cornstarch (yeah, dumb moment). I heard you can replace cornstarch with flour using roughly twice as much. The only problem is that the recipe calls for a lot of flour already.

2 oz of all purpose flour

1 oz of cornstarch

wouldn t that be 4 pounds of flour, and for some reason I don t feel like this is a good idea at all. What should I do?

I did some research on wisdom teeth and apparently they come in between 17-25 on average. They're supposed to be a third molar pushing through and they usually get removed. Now, I'm 20 and I've never had any sign of them. Everyone claims they're extremely painful so I hope I don't go through that.

Now, a few years back I had some teeth at the very back of my mouth push out of the gums, it hurt a little bit but not much at all. For like one day it hurt when the tooth was digging into the unexposed gum below or above it, but within one day of one coming out, the one under/below it came out too, so basically they all came out at the same time. Where these my wisdom teeth? I looked at pictures online and with wisdom teeth apparently you have one canine, two premolars, and then the three molars (the third being a wisdom tooth). I only have two molars, but I clearly remember those back teeth pushing out of the gums!! So as you can understand I'm a bit confused...

PS: and when I say I remember them growing out of the gums I don't mean I lost a tooth and it grew back. There were no teeth there before, and then presto, new teeth.

I have really intense dreams and they usually have very obscure plots. One time I ended up with an asian girlfriend, and then getting into a taxi, driving down a dirt road, seeing Serena Williams practicing in the gear of another sponsor, and then ending up playing in the French Open doubles against gender changing opponents... the finale ending in me on a practice court and getting attack by a spider that was on the fence...

I had another dream with peanut butter ice-cream, getting lost in Michigan where they had a trumpet that could be heard in the entire state, and finally swimming up river (in a mountain) to a police station where we were wanted, ultimately getting let free after Chris Rock (a police officer) committed suicide.

In short, all these dreams are really intense, and as you can see quite random. They also have extremely realistic dialogue. They feel almost like I'm in a movie. Most times I can tell what causes my dreams, so I'm not so much asking on how to make them stop. I enjoy them immensely, and sometimes, I reach a state where I'm almost awake and feel like I can control them.

My question is, does anybody else have this type of experience, and what do you think causes these dreams to be so realistic?

I repeat, I know WHY I HAVE the dreams, I want to know why they're so realistic.

My parents have been going through divorce proceedings since 2012 and no longer live together. On my common app it asks if they are divorced, separated etc...

Now, my father was and still is to an extent, quite wealthy. Despite this I know he'll be willing to give zero towards my education. I don't particularly want to suggest there is any relations between us because divorce proceedings haven't been finalized, especially since I'll need a considerable amount of financial aid.

I think the correct decision is to put separated as they're not officially divorced. Would it still be okay though if I put divorced instead?

I think my dog has worms. Basically my mum went out of country, and she forgot to give him his heartgard. He went probably around 5 days without and then after we gave it to him he passed pink worms in his stool. I read online that this was just them passing through his system and he would be fine. He passed them for two days and that was it.

But a month later he had small white worms in his stool this time. I read online that it's good to give a double dose of heartgard, one to kill live worms, one to kill any possible eggs. I gave him one dose and waited 2 weeks to give him the other. Last night though I saw one singular small white worm in his stool again! He's also vomited (but only once the whole month) and his stool was a bit lose (but this also happens from time to time).

Lastly, I've read that dogs get worms from fleas. My dogs been scratching a lot lately so I think he may have some? I've bathed him, cut his hair, and wet his coat with an Apple Cider solution (we don't have any frontline). Do you think there's a problem? We can't take him to the vet until my parents get back in three days. Is there anything I can do from home in the meantime?

I actually fully well know the difference between their and there! I got a 5 on my AP english exam. For some reason though, if I'm not paying attention I write the wrong one despite knowing better. Does anybody else have this problem? It's not a major issue, especially because I always proof read my work. I'm just curious if anybody else has this issue?

PS: Oddly enough sometimes when I write my words end up getting smashed together. Say I was thinking of typing, "he ran a fast race" I end up typing, "he ran a face", basically combining the fast and race. Is this unusual as well?

My friend is applying for an internship and she is worried about her header on the letter. She wants to go with, "Salutations Sir" or something else unique.

I've been trying to assure her that once it's there most people don't care. I'm pretty sure that the contents of the letter is what will make her seem unique and a good applicant, not the header.

This might be one of the more unique questions so bear with me. I'm 19 and I have no idea where to apply to college. There's so many options and it's baffling. As outlandish as it may seem, I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions?

My high school GPA was 2.8 (I know that's really bad) but there was a lot going on.

I'm expecting my SAT to come out at about 1900.

1: Senior Prefect (deputy Head of House)

2: Captain + Coach of the tennis team (4 years)

Tennis: 10-4 singles record (captained+n the team to a first National Semi-final in 30+ years)

I want to pursue a degree in Marketing or Psychology.

This is probably a lot to ask of the Yahoo Answers, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

So, this has been bothering me for a while now. Why do people like The Walking Dead? I mean, everyone always talks about it, and apparently it's a good show but something really bothers me... how is it supposed to end? It's 5 seasons in now (I think) and from the outside I can't see much resolution happening? Is it just a group of people living in an apocalypse? Does the show just end if the main group dies? Basically, I don't understand how you find it enjoyable if after 50+ episodes you're no closer to a start or a finish... Anybody care to explain? Am I just uninformed?

The other day my dear friend and I were having a conversation about the book. In his opinion he felt that like the book and movie although resembling each enough gave two different twists. In his opinion, he felt like the book displayed Gatsby in a different light, and in fact at the point of his death even made you feel like he deserved. However, the movie made you feel some sympathy for Gatsby. It almost felt like he didn't deserve this fate, and more over, it felt like it was some cruel twisted plot by some higher being to strip this poor man of his happiness. In my opinion i felt like gatsby was misunderstood in both scenarios, and my main bone to pick was the actor who played Tom Buchanan, i felt like he was overly brutish... we all know Tom was quite that.. but I felt he could have toned it down every once in a while.

What do you think?

My computer is perfectly capable of playing videos. And down to yesterday I watched everything in 1080, with continuous crystal clear quality. But for some reason since today, anytime I carry the display settings to above 360p the video begins to stick! I don't mean stick, like it takes long to buffer, the loading is fine. I mean stick in the sense that it get's choppy. l..i...k..e t...h...i...s

Any suggestions?

An Eye for an Eye and the whole world goes blind. I get the message 'Revenge is not the way because in the end you never really solve your problem and it just creates more problems and what not.' BUT that's not my point. The Question is, if everybody were to take ONE eye at a time wouldn't the last person on earth have one eye? Am I the only one who finds this funny? And could this possible be where "In the land of the Blind, The one eyed man is king" originate from?

Basically my book is about the 'Underside' of the world which was created by an undocumented World War. In which the World was not yet split into Countries, and was just two large land masses - The West World and the East World.- The East being greedy side, used a slight violation of World Law as a a façade to invade the West in a bout for gold. The war raged on for 30 years until The West lost. And in a last ditch agreement they dug thousands of feet into the earth, ( I know there is supposed to be a core and magma, but it turns out all of that is just propaganda used to disguise the existence of the Underside)

Now two thousand and five hundred years in the future The Top Side has completely forgotten about the Underside, but the Underside still remembers the merciless assault by the Ancestors of those that live above, and have be planning their revenge since day one. But it seems that the two were destined to meet again, as the Top Side has run out of resources and are digging dangerously close to their counterparts down under.

The Story itself is written from the Point of view of the Two Main Characters, From the Underside there is Valden (Whose name I would like to change) And on the Top Side there is Mathew. Both of them will have to team to try and prevent WWIV (It's 4 because I included the first one thousands of years ago.)

MATHEW: CHAPTER ONE

Mathew looked over the balcony of his penthouse suite. Observing, reading the patterns of the city, the thousands of blinking lights, friends smiling back at him. New York was a city that never slept and for that he loved her, she understood the dilemma of not being able to sleep.

“Mat... your still up?”

It was Mary, his girlfriend of two years, one of the only people who knew the person behind the exterior of his silence that covered him like a shield. To Mathew she was the most beautiful girl in the world, and lots of other guys thought so. Her brunette hair was long and flowing, her body supple and eloquent, her curves hand painted by god. Well at least that’s what he told people. You’d have to meet her in person to fully understand. But one thing that couldn’t be exaggerated was her perfect circular, smooth gold eyes.

“You know the doctor said you should sleep more, and I’m worried you’ll hurt yourself.”

Her voice like chocolate, soft and sweet, he knew that voice well, only when Mary felt generally worried over something.

“I’m fine, really I am. You need to stop worrying about me all the time.”

Even to him it sounded hollow, his voice tired and weary as he stifled a yawn. Very slowly he could feel her arms sliding up his arm and around his neck, her hands felt smooth like silk. Gently she pressed herself against him, and pulled him inside.

Inside the penthouse was cosy but extravagant, in the hallway the ground was a lush red carpet and the rest of the room white marble tiles. The bedroom was spectacular; it was square with a 50’ flat screen in the wall and a king sized temperpedic, two mahogany drawers and a walk-in-wardrobe behind the TV. On the right wall there were two neat bookshelves and in the corner his sporting equipment. And finally the left side, the humongous sliding doors that led out unto his balcony.

Currently he was on his back, Mary lying on top of his back rubbing in between his shoulders blowing on his ears, in nothing but her underwear. She wants something, the small voice screamed in the back of his mind, but that voice was a long, long way away and his current voice was something very different.

“Mat...” she whispered in his ear.

His mind was completely gone and all logic gone with the wind, all he could manage as a reply was a small grunt.

“Will you go with me to the three day flower festival in Virginia Pleeassseee?”

“Yeah... yeah...” he muttered.

In a flurry he processed everything she said. Three days. Virginia. Flower Convention. She couldn’t love him enough or pay him enough.

“Hold up! No way am I going!”

But he regretted the words the instant he uttered them, as the gold pools of her eyes began to water. Crocodile tears he convinced himself. Hold strong he told himself, and then he caved.

“Fine I’ll go with you.”

And like night and day the tears were gone and Mary smiled, she’d played him good.

“And remember you made a promise, we have to leave tomorrow. I already packed your suitcase and prepared food for the road.”

Mat also knew that tone of voice, her I’m not changing my mind tone. He clapped off the sound sensitive lights and tried to nod off as Mary snuggled in beside him, his black skin like camouflage in the night her chocolate brown giving of a soft glow.

If Any of you have any suggestions for Character name changes please let me know, because I find Valden weird and Mary rather Bland.
