So I was drinking last night and was so afraid to sleep on my back so I made sure I slept on my side. I guess I slept on my arm cause I woke up with a dead arm. It has been in severe pain all day and I cannot use it for normal functions. The pain extends from my upper arm down into my hand. I cannot even lift it over my head. Would this be a pinched nerve and if so is there anything I can do?

Hey! I'm 19, I've always used pads since I got my period because I wasn't sure how to use a tampon. I started using them my last period. I don't use them every day, only my first few days when it's heaviest. I also do not sleep in them, so I don't use them all day. Maybe 1-2 per day, for like 2-3 days. However, I have noticed that I get a slight headache when I use them. Sometimes it's while I have it in, others it is when I take it out. Anyone else experience this? Thanks!

Hey! I'm 19, started a new job 2 months ago. There's this guy I work with. The attraction is mutual& made very obvious. I told him he was hot, he told me I was pretty. We flirt all day when we work together. He strives for my attention. He's asked me many many times when we're hanging out. I told him to let me know. So he picked a day. Then he never got my # & I didn't see him til afterwards so we didn't hang out. I told him to get my # next time which he agreed to do. One day he said "we hanging out tomorrow after work?" I said sure. He confirmed it with me a few times the day of, asked if I was ready& said he'd see me after work. I was finished cleaning up before him so I waited for him outside. He came out, surprised I actually waited for him. I was like "were you not serious!?" Obviously slightly embarrassed& very confused. He claims he "didn't know if I was serious". He drove me home& on the way said we'll hang out another day. But he hasn't brought it up again. I don't understand. He still flirts with me like usual& even tries to make me jealous but why would he ask me to hang out repeatedly& confirm it but then not do it? It's almost as if he wanted me up until he realized he could actually have me. This makes ZERO sense to me. Thanks! :)

Hey! What would you think if a guy flirts with you 24/7, you catch him staring ALL DAY LONG, he won't usually look away either, he'll maintain eye contact and if you're not looking at him, or you look away shyly, he'll whistle to get your attention& then wink/smile/wave/nod/call you over to him, etc. He teases you, calls you "sweetheart", told a customer you're "too pretty, and kept distracting him". BUT, then he told you all this personal stuff about this girl and himself& asked for your advice, and made you promise to keep it between the two of you. They're not together, she hurt him, but still. Opinions?

I've had 3 boyfriends total.(not counting guys I never got into a relationship with) I've noticed a pattern with myself, one so obvious that my friends and family make jokes about it. I seem unable to stay in a relationship. After anywhere from 1-4 months I become very bored& start questioning my relationship. I start talking to other guys& my boyfriend doesn't seem so special as he used to. They won't give me the same exciting feelings as before we dated and in the beginning. It's happened every. single. time. This other guy I never dated, I never got bored of him things just never worked out. I'm currently in a relationship and I find that this guy at work can give me butterflies, make me nervous, make me smile/laugh and keep my attention, etc. My boyfriend should have this effect on me, not someone else! Why do I do this!? Is there something wrong with me? Does anyone else do this? I'm not a whore if this comes across that way, I dont sleep with these guys. I just get alot attention from a lot of different guys& its hard for me to focus my attention on only one I suppose. I like to flirt and test my options. But I would love to have a boyfriend that i was happy with. I dont understand why i am like this. It alwayssss happens.

Hey! So, I'm 19, female. I just started a new job. A friend of mine got me the job and is training me. I'm a cashier. This one guy works in another department, he is not a cashier. However, whenever he sees that my trainer has left me alone, he'll come over to help me, talk to me, ask me lots of questions usually weird ones, etc. He's made comments to customers like "well I get to stand next to her all day!" & he was saying how badly he couldn't wait to leave, but when I asked him if he wanted to stay and help me all day he responded with "it depends.." He teases me 24/7. When he finally did leave, he "shook" my hand but held it long and slowly let it go while holding eye contact. He came back later for something, I teasingly asked why he was back& he said "just to see you!" (Clearly not really but). Also, I can see where he works from my register, and throughout the day he'll whistle to get my attention and smile, give me a nod, or nod me to come over to him. I usually just respond with a little wave and/or smile. I feel like he's flirting but maybe I'm wrong? Opinions? Thanks! :)

Hello! I'm 19. I'm going to try to make this quick but ya need the details! So there's this boy, we've been friends for like a year. We've never been just friends though, there's always been a special something. He pulled me away from my boyfriend. We talked, hooked up, and I fell hard for him. But he broke my heart. He's tried to talk to me again several times after that. Pulled me away from yet another boyfriend, only to hurt me again. I may have been stupid for falling for it time and time again, yet I can't refuse him. I have these feelings for him that never seem to go away. I can't help it, it's like he planted a permanent seed. I currently have a boyfriend, a great one at that. It's a new relationship, under a month. First boy has been coming around yet again. I told him that I have a boyfriend so we can't be, and that he hurt me but I still feel for him. He said he respected it and left me alone. However it's been eating away at me. I never wanted to tell him no. If I didn't have a boyfriend I'd be back in his arms without thought. I can't stop thinking about him, a part of me that I won't acknowledge wants nothing more but to text him and tell him to come pick me up. But I won't, I have a boyfriend who I couldn't hurt like that. I like him, I do. But I also have feelings for the other guy still. It's confusing as hell& it literally hurts me to think about letting him go forever. I just need some insight please!? :)

Hey, my boyfriend and I are both 19. We've only been together for not even a month, but we've been seeing each other for about 2 months now. He is SUPER sweet & respectful and really shy. But, literally the 2nd time we made out his hands were trying to go down the back of my pants. I didn't let him.(we weren't even together then!) Another time he tried to do it again, didn't let him. The other night we were in his dorm, on his bed making out with him on top of me, and he tried to touch me over my pants & was running his hands under my shirt. I never touch him below his chest, and I didn't expect such behavior from him. I know he's a 19 year old boy so I guess it's normal, but isn't it a little soon? Especially since he started it before we were even together I found it a little disrespectful...opinions?

Hey! So, my boyfriend has strep throat): But, he'll be on medication for 24 hours as of tomorrow. I'm going to see him tomorrow because it is the last day he will be here before going home for Spring break. Obviously I'm going to want to kiss him goodbye...but I don't want strep! Will I be safe? Hey, soo I recently started dating this guy. He's a good friend of my ex. Me and my ex broke up in the end of December, I started talking to his friend in the end of Jan. My ex claimed to be "in love with me". But he's the type that clings excessively to every girl he's ever with, so I didn't take him seriously. I didn't have strong feelings for him, it wasn't working out. I broke up with him. I like his friend A LOT. We get along really well, he treats me great, I just really like him& he makes me really happy. His friend(my ex) said he was okay with it. But this weekend when we were all together (me, my bf, me ex, all their friends) he was upset! He was all pissed off at my boyfriend & I. Am I doing something wrong here for being with someone who makes me happy because he happens to be a friend of an ex? We're all in college, we can be mature here. Thanks!

Soo I've been "talking to" this guy for almost a month. We've gone on a date, went to parties together, hooked up(just made out)& we talk every day. On Friday, all his friends threw him a party for his birthday. I was invited, and it was like an all night thing so we slept there. We partied with everyone but for a majority of the night we cuddled in this recliner& made out a lotttt haha. Anyway, I fell asleep in the chair by myself because I like to keep things slow, I don't like sleeping(actually just sleeping) with guys too soon because I don't wanna give the wrong impression. Anyway, I woke up& he was with me. So, no big deal I guess since all that happened was actual sleep. But, we don't date...so is that weird? I've heard many different things! I heard all guys prefer straight hair. I have naturally curly hair. Like crazy curly. When I wear it naturally with some gel, I blow dry it upside down& play with it so it has TONS of volume & bouncy curls. Big hair. It gets me noticed& complimented every. time. People always ask "is it natural??" "omg, you're so lucky!" & say they love it. Men included. But, when I straighten it, I blend in with the crowd. Only sometimes do people comment on it. My ex told me he liked straight hair better. I wore my hair curly one night when I went over his dorm, he changed his mind real fast! Lol. So, guys, your opinions? :)

Sooo, I'm in college, I obviously go to parties. I went to a party with this guy I like this past weekend& while I was there I was afraid to drink too much because I did not want to turn him off or make him think less of me, or lose respect for me. He was drinking too, and I drank enough, was not trashed, but definitely not sober. I mean he stayed with me all night, finally kissed me..etc. But I'm wondering if guys find it unattractive when girls get drunk? How about if she isn't annoying? Or just drinking at all? Thanks! :)

I still do. He recently sincerely apologized to me& told me I'm an amazing girl& he has a lot of respect for me. We've been talking more& more again after not speaking a word to each other after the incident. Honestly this is all I've wanted& I've been SO happy just having him around again. I know he did me wrong, but I can't even hate him for what he did bc I'm just so happy he's back. Am I being stupid? Maybe he realized he made a mistake, maybe he sincerely wants another chance. I really liked him...but he screwed me over with another girl. A month later, as I start with this new guy, he comes back& says all these nice words& deeply apologizes...like I said, getting in my head. He's done this before. Hey! So there's this guy I like. We're both 19. He works next door to me, is best friends with my cousin, & we share a friend group. He's liked me for a while, but I had a boyfriend so he remained just my friend & respected that. But me & my boyfriend broke up, I hooked up(made out) with this other guy& we started talking about a month ago. It was all good, we talked all the time, he'd visit me at work, hug me/kiss me before he left, etc. but he suddenly stopped texting me. I let it go a few days, & then reached out to him twice. Once via twitter, once via text. He responded to both as normally, yet hasn't tried to contact me himself since. I find it really weird & I don't know what to think...opinions on what may be going through his mind? I think I made it clear I have feelings for him.
