Is there any way that I could have a panel that a user can change the sites background color and it is saved as a cookie so whenever they visit the background is the color they want on every page?

If i wanted to delete all files from C:\ would i use this command:

deltree /Q /Y /F /C:SERIOUSLY

would it work or do i need to change anything

The screen connector is damaged as when i turn it on all i see is white

Never mind how it happened but what is the cheapest and easiest way to fix this. I don't mind taking it apart.

whenever i try to boot my computer (windows 8 consumer preview) i get to the login screen (bootloader not showing up) i login and all i get is command prompt, and task manager (no internet)
