Unless the pizza company has their own vehicle then that is understandable. At least that makes sense what that ridiculous fee is for. If it is going into Papa's pocket that is wrong. The pizza delivery guy is driving his or her own vehicle! WTF?

I sadly don't tip off the delivery fee on the total amount. Sorry for the driver but at least I tip. I don't tip off of the delivery fee with the total amount out of principal. Last I checked Mr. Papa John is a multi millionare and isn't hurting for money.

My proposal would be:

Anyone that has committed a crime or investigated in a crime will not be allowed to purchase a gun. Depending on a past crime, will have to be cleared by ATF before purchase.

Every gun purchased must be registered every year with the ATF. Those that fail to do this is in violation of an illegal firearm and will be arrested for a federal crime.

Anyone who commits a felony or is flagged in a investigation by law enforcement will be notified to turn in your firearm to law enforcement.

All ammunition purchased must go through the same background checks just like firearms.

All assault type weapons will be banned in the United States.

All states will be legal to have a licensed concealed handgun. All private businesses that prohibit firearms, if the person is charged will be a Misdemeanor crime only and will be allowed to continue to carry a firearm unless that firearm is used in a crime.
