I have been taking over the counter melatonin pills to counter my sleeping problems that i have had for a while now. Anyways i wondering, should i talk to my doctor, or just go with these OTC pills?

The reason i can not sleep is because my mind will not shut up till like 5am

A few weeks ago I snuck over to this girls house and we have a great time. I really want to do this again, but i don't want to straight up ask, "do you think we could do that again"

I keep having these dreams, somebody i care about always gets killed. Last nights was different. Basically i was holding on to her as she dangled over a cliff and she just let go i watched her fall and her scream, it just that scream kept coming back to me all day today. What do these mean?

Well i used to be hearing and seeing things and under a lot of stress so they put me on these pills that reduced my stress, don't ask what they are they are a pale blue colour. Anyway i don't see anything any more or hear anything. But i don't feel like myself i have no impulse control and don't think about stuff until after i have dont it, plus i kinda miss hearing and seeing my ex every once and a while even tho she moved away. Honestly violence does solve a lot of problems. Did you hear of as many school shooting's back in the day when if somebody was giving you problems you give em a good punch?
