If a British couple were holidaying in France and the woman gave birth whose jurisdiction does the child come under? British or French?

It is annoying that the site is being exploited by people who have no interest in YA but just wish to use it for advertising (usually for nike shoes) I also do not understand how YA software cannot pick these up - it cannot be difficult. Any answer which uses the word nike more than 5 times could be automatically referred for checking.
