I have these 5 pokemon ideas and looking for a six. What do you think i should use for that six one. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Don't suggest the starter pokemon i don't like them.

I have dragonair, grotle, monferno, prinplup Shedinja, and absol. I want to Switch shedinja for a pokemon that is good at speed and defense. I don't want moves that boost Speed and defense. If you can't think any just tell me what you think would be good.
