So I'm about 60 lbs overweight and have read that you can healthily lose 10 pounds a month by following a strict diet and v exercise plan. Can someone please give me some tips to lose that much weight a month. I wanna look good by Summer ;). Thanks

So I'm around 113 kg. I've been trying to lose weight the last couple of weeks and am doing alright but there are somethings I'm struggling with. I'm used to eating a lot of course so with me now trying to slim down on my calories, I'm eating around 1650 daily now I'm still feeling hungry now every night because I'm so used to eating a lot. Does anyone have any tips on how to cure hunger cravings? Thanks

I didn't really care who'd win the presidency but a lot of people either hate trump or despise Hillary. Can someone give me a list of reasons why the people hate Hillary and hate trump just so I have better understanding of where the people are coming from. Thanks

For a while now, I'm not sure since when, at random times ill get a blind spot in one of my eyes in the central vision. Not a blind spot but it's like looking at the sun for a few seconds then looking at a wall.and still seeing the after image of the sun except it happens randomly without me looking at a bright light and it'll last for minutes before going away. Can someone tell me if I'm going blind, I'm scared

For some reason the last couple of days my lower abdomen has been tender and sore. I don't think it's my appendix because vi don't have nausea vomiting chills or a fever nor am I in terrible pain, just for some reason my lower abdomen on my right left side has been sore and tender. Any thoughts on what's causing this?

About 2 weeks ago for some reason my right eye started bugging me and wouldn't stop for a whole week. During the time when my eye was bothering me I kept rubbing it and it got raw and red and puffy. Even still I kept rubbing it because it still felt like there was something stuck in my eye. It finally went away after a week and it hasn't bothered me since. But now my right eye lid looks all lopsided and lower than the other and it looks weird. Will this ever fix?

I've noticed the last couple of days that my hands palms are peeling all of the place and also along my fingers too. It doesn't hurt or anything I'm just curious of why my hands are peeling? About a week and half to two weeks ago I don't know why but my palms had red all over them and were stinging so maybe it's a correlation? Thanks for the help.

I've had or at least noticed I've had visual snow for about 6 months now and honestly aside from sometimes random star burst on the side of my vision field and the floaters, it's not too horrible. I can still carry on doing stuff i used to do such as driving and reading and such. I'm just curious and worried as to whether it will get worse over time. can anyone who has had this condition for awhile help me out? Has is got worse for you? Thank you!

I am 5'10 and weight 250 the last year on average though my weight fluctuates around. I am considered overweight and have begun exercising and working out to lose that weight. I am aiming to cut down to 180lbs which would mean losing around 70lbs. I am worried about loose skin as i dont want to be self-conscious. Are there any ways to prevent getting looser skin while losing weight? Any tips you can pass on to me? Thanks

I got a pretty bad sunburn a few days ago and my left should got blistered and hurts like hell. There is yellow crust forming on the blisters and one part is oozing out clear fluid. Do i need to see a doctor?

So today I was at lake Tahoe for hours just chilling and swimming. I didn't put on much sunblock so of course I got a pretty terrible sunburn. It hurts every where and now I'm starting to get feverish like symptoms. I feel very shivery and shaky and feel anxious and kinda nauseas. I'm a little worried as to whether I took too much sun in and an gonna die from it lol, I know, silly. Anyway, just curious if anyone else has experienced this and should I go to the doctor? I dont know if i went to sleep last night. I know it sounds weird but i have had sleeping disorders for the last year. Last night or this morning i should say, I remember turning over on my bed in a certain position at around 5:30-6:00 am. About 4 hours later at 10:30 I remember just turning over and being confused on whether i went to sleep or not. I dont remember dreaming, and i dont actually remember falling asleep, but i also dont really think i just stayed in the same position on my bed for over 4 hours. Did i go to sleep? Anybody else ever experience this?

I learned how to draw different head positions but am now having trouble drawing the hairstyle along with the different head positions. Sometimes one side will look lopsided or to pushed out or pushed in and i cannot detect the error of my work my just looking. Is there like a video or something that helps with this?
