Our middle school just recently started FCA, fellowship of christian athletes. There were 50 kids at our first meeting. Many of theses kids, however, do not own a copy of the Bible. The two childern that started FCA at their school now really want to help these kids out. They have been asking for donations of Bibles, but have not been very lucky yet. I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that we could find a large amount of Bibles for a cheap price? Thank you, any tips are helpful.

so, there is a wonderful christian mission group called carolina cross connection. it is based in nc, and is non-profit. my chruch has been participating in its camp for about 5 years, and we wanted to host a fundraiser to give some money back to them. the only thing is, we cant think of any fundraisers that will bring in a good amount of money., without us putting alot of money into it. any suggestions are welcome!

so, i have been looking at fly control supplements, and noticed that alot of them contain apple cider vinegar. i was wondering if anyone knew weather its the eating of the vinegar that repells the flys, or if you could mix some with your fly spray and get the same effect. please let me know! thanks!

one of our mares gave birth 3 months early. unfortunately, it was stillborn. she still has a baby belly though. i was wondering if it was possible for her to still be carrying a foal. we called the vet, but have gotten no response, as it is after hours. i was just curious! any answers welcome!

my horse, 8 years old, is starting to get patches where his fur is thinner then usual. i know he is shedding, but this didnt happen last year. his back is also unusually sore. he has never had any known of back probelms, but his bac khas been sore for the past 4 or 5 days. i think it is his muscle, because he pulls away when i touch it, and it spazzes when i take his saddle off. i have been giving him some time off (3 days so far) and dont plan on riding him till he gets better. i have also been giving him buteatron, to help. any suggestions?

by horses hair is thinning out in random places like his nesk, butt, and face. I have bathed him and used a shedding blade, but i dont know what else to do. I am planning on bathing him with an iodine based shampoo, but i am looking for any other ideas.

my farrier told me that i need to give my horse a hoof supplement to help build thicker walls. does anyone know of any supplements that are made specially to build thicker walls? thanks for the help!

so, i am moving to the country soon and we are building a house and i want to build a barn to go with it. i have a horse but board it somewhere in the meantime. i want to have about 3 horses at the most on the land. how much land will i need? i know 3 paddocks, and the barn its self. also what all goes into a barn? i am going to talk to my trainer but wanted to know of any hints anyone had for me. thank you!

my friend bought a horse 3 weeks ago. he was a little spooky the day that she got him, but not much. last week, after having him for 2 weeks, he began going crazu. we had changed nothing to cause this, but he wouldnt let her touch his face, he would rear, buck and not let her ride him. when he was put in his round pen, he almost knocked the fences out. someone told me that there was a drug that lasted for 2 weeks that would calm a horse down. this horse whould flip out if you touched a certain spot on his neck, which is where i was told the drug was inserted. does anyone know the name of this drug? is it a real drug? the pervious owner wont take him back and we are trying to figure out what to do with him becuase i friend cant handle him. thanks!
