Last night, I lay in my bed and the room was very cold. I kept feeling and hearing someone walking around in the room. I got up to use the restroom, and when I came back, there was an apparition of a person. No outline of clothes or hair. It was white and transparent and it was sitting on the other side of my bed on top of my folded up extra blanket, leaning over. As I walked over to the bed (I didn't hesitate to go forward for some reason) it disappeared completely. I reached for the extra blanket and got bundled up. Incredibly, I was still freezing, and only a minute or so later I felt something sit and move around gently on my legs. Then who ever this was generated warmth for me. Both of my legs felt entirely covered by warmth and I could feel the pressure still of someone sort of siting on them, and I then dozed off.

I often have been able to sense spirits, ever since childhood. I am one of those people with higher senses and sensitivity I guess. Being that I'm young, I don't know everything about this gift yet. But I've always known a spirit was with me, and felt it with me, maybe a guide or something. But I have never had it show itself to me this way, only in very discreet, low profile ways. What could it mean? Is it just letting me know it is there?

Question for any genres.

From Heavy metal (my favourite) even to country or dubstep. Anything and everything welcome (as far as music).

My question is, if we are all sinners, then why do christians put so much emphasis towards same-sex reltaions? It is sin, correct, but you are just as guilty as they are then. There are les/gay christians even, so their sins are forgiven too if god is "in their heart", aren't they? And I don't see christians protesting murder or drugs and alcohol nearly as much. They act as if it is the worst crime, and I don't get it. And then are disgusted at people attracted to the same sex. That's another thing I hate, they act like they are holy and above every one else, when they are supposed to be loving and "like christ". They also seem to think just because it's what they believe in, that it IS true and it IS the only way. Maybe "miracle healings" and things happen because the faith that the person will be healed, not because of a God. There has been studies people can heal themselves with faith, IN THEIR OWN SELF. Every religion believes that theirs is right, so how do you really know God exists for sure. You just don't..

Not trying to offend anyone, either.. Just curious about all this. It's so confusing. And I know also that not all christians are this way, I know some chill ones, but the majority are, whether they realize it or not.

A wise man once said: "Christianity, like most religions, works with fear. Sins can be confessed and you are "clean again" and can then start to sin again without thinking about your old sins. We believe that people should ask themselevs why they sinned. They should show some responsibility."

Which is also true. Another thing, why is it that any little thing you do, even say a curse word for example, christians are like OMGOMG YOU'RE GONNA GOTO HELL. If your ******* God is so loving I don't think he'd send you there for a "bad" word or something. After all, it is JUST a word...

Your " God " confuses me in so many ways. Some christians need to calm their ****.

They know I have depression but I never told them quite how bad, not even my psychologist.. I guess I'm afraid of how they would react, but well.. It just gets worse over time. I think about it a few times a day now. It's rare that I don't..

Well you see, I have had problems with anxiety ever since I could remember. It got so bad to the point where I left my perfectly good high school to do homeschooling, all only because the school makes you do a presentation in front of the whole grade you're in etc. I was home schooled for about a year and a half, and this August started going to a small school for home schoolers. I can talk to each person individually just fine, but for some reason, when all eyes and ears are on me, I can't do it. I freeze up, choke on my words, fidget, sweat, and I've even had my face start to twitch before. It's so annoying and scary! And then people look at me weird :( I sometimes get so upset because Everyone else does just fine. I know some people are nervous too, but why do I react like that?? Why can they hide it and still speak normally?

I've tried breathing exercises before I go up but it doesn't even help. And then, once I'm in front of everybody I basically forget to breath!

I'll worry for weeks or to months before a project presentation is even going to happen.

Please, anybody have any tips..? /:
