I'm just a sophomore in High School, so I don't have many options school wise. Are there any good websites or YouTube channels that can teach you quantum mechanics. I don't want it to be too dumbed down, because that way I won't really learn anything, at the same time I don't want it to be a bunch of complicated equations and jargon that only somebody familiar with the field would understand.

I understand that interference from other planets would destabilize a "Counter-Earth" at the Sun-Earth L3's orbit, regardless of size. Would this still be the case if all major bodies orbiting the sun had a counter body of equal mass?

I recently (two hours ago) finished watching the anime Angel Beats. I was either laughing like a madman or weeping like a little girl almost the entire time I watched it, are there any other show like it?

I'm not religious, I'm not agnostic, but from the dictionary definition of the word, it seems as if you have to be against religion to be atheist. But I'm not, I'm fine with people believing what they want so long as they are okay with me believing what I want. If I'm not an atheist what am I?

It's old news that Edward Snowden has been charged with espionage. Personally I respect the man, but I understand why he was charged. What about you guys, what are your opinions?

Do you think he should have leaked the documents?

Do you think the way he did it was the right way?

Should he have remained anonymous?

Was he smart in going to Hong Kong?

Do you think he is a whistle-blower whose illegal actions should be protected, or a man who broke the law and deserves to face the consequences?

Do you think he should be pardoned?

IMPORTANT! Notice how none of these questions (except sort of the last one) have to do with Obama. Try to keep your answers that way too.

I used to think the notion of him being governor of a state was pretty funny, but I've never really heard much critisiscm about him or his policies, but I don't hear much praise either? I wouldn't know, since I live on the other side of the country

I'm not referring solely to the Tea Party 501c4s who have been in the news lately. I'm also talking about the liberal groups, such as the one who practically accused Mitt Romney of murder? How does anybody think it is fair for these people to say practically whatever they want about whoever they want, all while not paying taxes or disclosing donors?

I'd like to hear some arguments for creationism, other than "the Bible / Torah / Koran etc. says so" and the watchmaker analogy. Please try to be intelligent and coherent with your answers, you wouldn't be helping your cause by acting like an ignoramus.

You can't turn on the news today without hearing a story about "the far-left" messing up something or the "right wing's" war against something else. Lets face it, America is broken an it isn't the democrats fault and it isn't the republican's fault, it's our fault because we keep voting in the same kind of people expecting things to change. Am I missing something? Because it seems that the only thing preventing change is that people aren't willing to work together anymore.
