    i love gmod and i own it but garrysmod said that they are updating it to 13 and this will break alot of things. i would like to see if i can save my copy of gmod and play it without steam or its updates.

  • Is it legal to download unlicensed manga?

    Hi i have been looking all over the internet for this answer. i wanted to buy the manga series called bitter virgin. I looked on amazon as well as barns and noble etc and nothing came up except for a french and Japanese edition. so i found that the series is not licensed in america (reason why it is not in English). so i wanted to know is it legal to download the series that was translated? would it make a difference if i bought the original then download the translated?

  • is it legal to host anime series?

    I have just started a new anime site and i want to host the anime series. I was wondering if it is legal to do so. And is it legal to use a 3rd party site? I do not intend to gain a profit. I also live in US if that matters any.
