  • Should I leave Islam when I'm older?

I'm a 14 year old schoolboy out of New Jersey and my family is heavily religious and from Pakistan. I don't like some of the rules. I feel like women should be treated equally and be allowed to go to school and not wear the hijab if they don't want to. I feel like anybody not straight shouldn't go to hell just because of their sexuality. God made them like that and it's final. I feel music and comedy should be allowed in our world and those are my two sources. I don't want to live in a world where everybody I know is going to hell because they're not Muslim, and apparently to my family, there also is a definition of bad Muslims too who wouldn't go to heaven. I feel like everybody should be free on who they are in love with and who they want to marry and parents shouldn't choose on who their kids marry. I find it unfair how Muslims do so many chores like Ramadan which I don't like doing, or praying when I have to wake up 3AM to do. I personally have been confused my whole life. I respect someone if they are willing to have kids before marriage and shouldn't be a sin. I believe in God and I think that if you haven't raped, killed someone and are a good person in others eyes and in God's eyes, you will go to heaven. If you worship Satan, you would go to hell. I don't want to leave the religion right now because I don't want to be disowned and I need to finish school, get to college, and get a job first.

  • Why isn't my dad understanding?

I have no idea how to start this off. My mom left me when I was 5 and she and my dad use to fight all the time. I'm in special-ed in school and just some ugly kid who just tries to joke around in school but does get in trouble and eventually suspended. I get made fun of a lot and have no social life but I do have a lot of friends in school because they think I'm funny. My father is a failed doctor, so he doesn't have a official doctor job but has done other small jobs that he makes money out of. My father doesn't know what it is like being a kid. He kicks me out the house a lot, so I wonder around town a lot and eventually told a teacher that I had nowhere to go after-school. She was worried and called my dad and my dad said I was allowed back into the house but when I got home he was started going off on me and locked me in the bathroom and even hit me a few times just for telling a teacher which he called "snitching". Another time was when somebody said something about my mom in school during a basketball shoot-around, and almost broke my glasses. I dared him to say something else about my mom again and he did, then we started fighting. My dad just says I have attitude problems because I fought him, and I have mental issues. He doesn't know the position of what it is like to be a short skinny Muslim boy who can't attract a girl and bad at anything no matter how hard he tries, a learning disability, a bad past from two parents fighting, and no experience.

  • I cancelled my Gamefly free trial membership after putting a game in my queue, but later the game delivered?

What would happen if I keep the game? And what if I delete my gamefly account right away? Because right now I have no membership on gamefly but the game delivered to my house. What would happen when I'm under no membership or free trial?

  • Why is my dad so strict?

He is a heavily religious Muslim father even though some of these things may not have to do with religion. Thankfully, I am a 14 year old male so I don't have to face the hell that women face.

I'm growing up in Northern New Jersey. He would whoop my *** if I was listening to music (no matter what genre it is), he is forcing me to go to college and be a doctor when my dream is rather to be a comedian or a music artist. I can't wear high top shoes because he says they are ugly, he won't let me choose my own clothes (because I'm not going to wear slacks with a dress shirt tucked into school). When I say I want to dress normal, he says I'm following my friends and says "if they were jumping off a bridge, would you do it?" which is a pretty famous quote. He has no career job and is divorced. I have no siblings and I have ADHD, I've been suspended from school a few times and in special ed. I was never taught how to do anything. I couldn't ride a bike, my vertical is low, I can't do a push-up, I'm slow, I can't fight for ****, I'm awful at any sport (even if I try). I practiced basketball for a few years now but my dad won't let me put focus onto it or even a small summer job because it would distract my education. Yes I pray and do Ramadan but I don't consider myself Muslim. I can't even get a haircut at a barber I want and if I told him I liked a girl, I would have neck surgery by now. He's kicked me out of the house multiple times and sometimes he thought about forever.

  • What does a refurbished Xbox One mean?

My dad bought and ordered a refurbished Xbox One from the Microsoft store for a good price. Will refurbish effect how it functions? Will I still be able to play games like GTA or connect with friends on Xbox Live? It was $180 but $191 in total plus tax. Will it be worth the money (also free shipping) or is there something wrong with it that might make it different from other Xbox´s? Was it broken at one point but fixed? It is coming with a free game and free shipping.

Will it be like a new Xbox One?

  • Why is it whenever I stroke or fluff my hair, white stuff come out of it?

I put on shampoo everybody (Head and Shoulders, to be exact), and whenever I stroke or fluff my hair, I see white stuff falling out. I'm nervous if these are head lice or just dandruff. I've been putting on shampoo daily.

  • I want to move school districts, but I can't.?

I'm in 8th grade and I've been in the same town and school district since 2008-09. which was when I started kindergarten. Now it is 2016-17 and I am not happy here. I attended elementary school from kindergarten to 6th grade and middle school for only two years, 7th and 8th. I am now in 8th grade, my second year in middle school. Next year I go to the high school in our school district. I am happy in the house and town I live in, but not the school district I attend. I have been getting in trouble so much recently, and one thing I can promise is that I had a bad start when I came in this district. I want a fresh, new start on a new school to recreate my reputation. The problem is, I can't. My father said I will cause the same problems in a new school, but I wouldn't because I would be a new person. Then he also said we would have to move to a different town, which we can't do. I can't change or develop around an environment with the same people I have been seeing. Next year in high school I will be seeing the same people and it will be worse. Nobody here takes me seriously and everybody makes fun of me. I am a big troublemaker at school, but I promise that if I go to a new school I will change and not cause the same problems.

I need help convincing my dad. Do we actually need to move to a different town and place to get admitted into a new school?

  • I'm suspended for harassing a girl. What do I Do?

So I harassed a girl, it was supposed to be a joke but she took it seriously and I made it to far. When I write this out, it sounds way more than what it really is. I think I'll be suspended for around 3-4-5 days. How can I tell my dad about this? Can I pretend to be sick on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Monday? How do I make the school avoid a phone call and just tell me not to go to school the next day? Any answers are great, thanks.
