I have slowly been cleaning up my credit and though it's taking allot of time, money and work, it's been getting better. I have bills that I'm not sure I am obligated to pay anymore. I received a noticed about a debt, but I'm not sure I still have to pay it. It's pretty old.

The original debt is said to be a medical bill, which is noted on the letter to have been established in April of 1999. The papers state that a complaint was filed on 06/25/02 and a hearing was scheduled for 8/19/02, which I guess I missed? I dunno. According to these papers, it was open until 9/18/02 to file a motion to vacate the judgement.

Now, I don't even recall any such a thing. I obtained the details of the debt by writing the collection agency and asking them for details on the matter. I don't remember any of this so as far as I know, there have been no payments made on this debt. There's a note on these papers that say the plaintiff may file for a lien on any real property I own, but I don't even own a house.

I'm a little confused. Can anyone tell me if I'm obligated to pay this? A medical bill from 4/99 makes it over 13 years old, but the judgement was filed on 8/02, which makes it just under 10 years.

Any info anyone has would be awesome. My credit is looking allot better, but I still got these letters coming in every once in awhile.

There's this super scary family of spiders in my grandparents house. I went into their spare room, which is used for storage and other junk. I about jumped out of my shoes when I saw the large family of large spiders and I'm TERRIFIED. I do not like spiders and I need to know what they are and how to get ride of them without getting too close!

The spiders are brownish, large and scary. Leg span was about the size of a silver dollar perhaps. They were on the other side of the room around the window and all moving about in their webs. It was daytime and the sun was shinning right through the window right on them. The webs didn't seem to have any pattern whatsoever. In fact, the webs seemed to be rather sloppy. And these webs were ALL OVER the place. I was petrified. The strands on the webs we well spanded out and didn't seem to be tightly interlocked.

I don't know if they are recluse, hobos or giant house spiders because I'm not getting close enough to see! But I want them gone, harmless or not. I'm too terrified to set any sticky traps and yes, I'm too terrified to vacuum them up or squish them.... or spray them with anything.

I was considering the purchase of SEVERAL bug bombs/foggers and setting them off in that room.

So, what are these spiders? Are they dangerous? Will these bug smoke bombs/foggers get rid of them? I live in Maryland, so it's my understanding that brown recluse or hobos are not likely to be found here, but some have been reported in rare cases. But I'm terrified of these things and I don't want either of my grandparents (or myself) to be bitten by them.

I just bought a 3rd generation Mitsubishi Eclipse GT with the Infinity Gold Sound system in it. I purchased this car from a dealer and the radio didn't work. Well, the radio worked, but I had no sound from any of the speakers except maybe a crackle and hiss here and there. The dealership mechanic said the amp was bad and they ordered me a different "used" amp. This used amp was said to have been tested and found in complete working condition, backed by a 30 day warranty. It arrived today and I swapped out the amps, but I'm still having some trouble.

This time, I have sound from the 2 tweeters in the front, but I don't have any sound coming from the 2 speakers in the door, the 2 speakers in the back, or from the center speaker in the dash. What's going on here? I was thinking I may have gotten another bad amp, but if that was the case, would the 2 tweeters be working? I also thought about a fuse, but if it was the fuse, the radio itself wouldn't work, right?

It's really boggled my mind and it really sucks having to drive around without any music. What's worse, is that I do not have the security code for the factory radio, so I'm really nervous about tinkering with it too much. Please help.

You guys are on a roll and helping me to remember these movies from my childhood. Here's one more before I go to bed.

I was young so I barely remember it, but there's what I can recall. All I can remember is green lizardmen. The movie had something to do some sort of l green lizardmen army. The one and only scene I can remember, is a line of human-like lizardmen standing in front of some large building. They were clothed in what I remember as some military uniform. Some sort of lizardman empire or something. I also remember they had some sort of a flag. A red flag with some symbol on it that kind of resembled a swastica or the equilibrium sign. Not sure. Good luck on this one. All I remember is the lizardmen empire. I was only 7 years old but I do know that I really liked the movie. I just wish I could remember more about it.

It's a long shot, but does anyone have an idea?

It always amazes me how people can hep me remember these really old movies from my childhood when all I have to offer is short vague details of the film. Somehow, you guys always manage to nail it!

Here's another one I can't remember. It's an 80's movie so I was only a little boy. A horror movie. The only thing I can remember is I think there was some yellow robot? Man this one is tough. I'm foggy on it, but I think there was a young girl who had a yellow robot for a friend. Actrually I think the name of the movie was something like "my friend" of something like that.

In the end of the movie, however, i remember the girl's skin peeling away and underneath, she's that robot.. i remember it was yellow... man.. haha good luck with this one. Stars to you if you can help me identify it.

I vaguely remember this 80's movie and was wondering if anyone could help me with the details. I was probably only 5 years old at the time so here goes nothing. All I remember is that at the very end of the movie there was this fire. Some old house was on fire and a guy with acne scars on his face was walking out. I remember the song playing in teh background of that scene, was sweet child of mine by guns n roses. sorry that's all I remember! haha good luck! What was that movie? Wish I could help more. I've seen sooo many sites out there claiming they will give you a FREE ps3, xbox or wii by earning points completing offers, buying from stores and things like that. I was just wondering if anybody actually did any of this and if it actually works. Anybody know of any legitimate website to check out for that?

I'm removing the door panel on a 1997 Hyundai accent to fix a broken outside handle and have run into problems. I've managed to get the window crank off, all screws and pulled all tabs around the panel edge. Also removed the mirror cover and door lock.

Problem is the inside handle itself. I can't get the panel off because the handle seems to still be very securely attached to something and won't budge. I've taken the screw out and I don't think the rods should be holding it that tight. I'm afraid to pull on it too hard because I don't want to break the handle or any rods or clips on the mechanism in the door.

What am I doing wrong? Why won't the handle come loose? Is there a tab on the other side of the handle holding it on? Will it give way with a little pressure?

Please help. I'd appreciate it so much if you could help me out a bit.

So I just got back from the beach where it was very sunny. I ended up with a mild sunburn and one other thing. I have a rash up my arms and legs. So I'm wondering if I got into something during my vacation to cause this reaction. What confuses me, is that it doesn't itch at all. Just bright red dots up my arms. No itch. So what's the deal? Sun poisoning? Skin cancer? It's not pink. Just a bunch of red dots. What the crap is it? Cortizone or gold bond friendly? Doctor necessary?

Ok so I was at Walmart doing some grocery shopping and I saw some Braunschweiger Liverwurst slices with bacon added. Resembles small slices of bologna. Well, I picked up a pack not knowing what in the world I was even buying. So what exactly IS this stuff? How do I cook it? Am I even supposed to cook it? How do I eat it? On a sandwich? Chopped up in soup? Fried on it's own like sausage? On crackers? I have no freakin idea.

I'm looking for a good online store to purchase sunflower seeds. When searching google, all I find are roasted seeds. I can't plant those! I need a good online store that has a large variety of seeds. I'm wanting to grow some smaller sunflowers such as ballads, elves, pacini colas, sunny smiles and other sunflowers for pots. Please help. I can't find anywhere to buy them! I did find one store online, but they only had larger sf seeds for sale. Mammoths and such. I don't want those.

Over the past few years, I've developed a high liking for sunflowers. I've grown a few different kinds and they have all been beautiful flowers; there are so many different kinds! This year, I would like to plant some smaller sized sunflowers. Small enough to grow in pots and great for bouquets. Even some sunflowers to grow indoors by the window. The sunflowers I've grown in the past have been pretty tall. I'd like to size things down a little this year. :)

So what are some really great smaller sized sunflowers I could grow in pots and a good placeto buy the seeds?

Bonus question for ya: Birds are always a problem with my sunflowers. Are there any types of sunflower that don't get eaten by birds? :-/ (desperate question i know)

I was at Chick Filet today eating a chicken sandwich and I noticed the wrapper read: "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." So I'm thinking, did they really invent the chicken sandwich or was it some farmer? Serious question:

I love the sea. I love fish. I would love to go scuba diving but I'm not sure where to start. I live in Western Maryland and would like to plan a weekend scuba diving trip. Where are some nearby places to dive? How do I make the trip plans? What's it cost? I don't even know where to start. Thoughts?

My question is, what facts are hidden? Why did Bill Gates hide Bush's facts? What are Bill and Bush plotting? Maybe Bill just doesn't like Bush, so he purposely hid his facts. What do you think?

I hate birds. They crap all over the house, they crap all over the cars, they crap on my head at the beach and flock around you so you can't enjoy your vacation. They wake me up early in the morning before the sun even comes up, and now...

... they are eating my sunflowers. Now I love my sunflowers. Large, detailed, colorful, very beautiful. Some species I can even gather the seeds for consumption and cooking. Nothing makes me more angry than walking out into my garden to find my beautiful sunflowers all torn up and half eaten.

How can I stop these disgusting monsters from eating my sunflowers???? I want them, dead or alive, to leave my sunflowers alone.

I recently posted a question about beef jerky. Why they pack teeny portions of beef jerky in a huge overly done bag, and it was deleted. There was no spam, no illegal content, no reason whatsoever why it should have been deleted. No reason at all it should have been deleted. So if you wanna delete it, fine whatever. There's this strange flower I'm trying to find out what it is. It's... fuzzy. Furry. The stem, leaves, flower, the entire thing is fuzzy. Exactly like animal fur! The leaves resemble little rabbit ears and the flower is cone shaped with purple sprouts..... it's weirding me out. What is it? Is it poisonous? This thing can't be normal!
