what are some good ankle exercises i could do I'm a week removed from getting a cast off from fracturing my medial mallelous and I've been doin a few exercises but ankle still feels stiff and trouble n pain walking any ideas.

got my cast of last Thursday i started walking in it with the support of one crutch now i haven't been able to bear any weight on it since because i have sharp heel pain and pain in ankle opposite side of fracture doctor didn't reccomond pt just home exercises me being stupid didn't work out the ankle before putting weight on it any idea on what this could be should i be concerned I'm pretty list on what to do I've started doin some exercises and icing it'd still swollen what should i do btw i broke the medial malleolus and no surgery just 4 weeks in a cast should u call the doctor or get a boot or keep working it out.

so i got my cast off my broken ankle last Thursday the doc said everything looks good and i can start weightbaring but still use a crutch didn't reccomend physical therapy just doing exercises at home so i got home and started walking around on it with support of one crutch ill admit i walked alot that day on it which i think has caused a problem. towards the end of me walking i started feeling sharp pains in my heel and pain on my ankle opposite side of the fracture and swelling still is recently I've been doin PS exercises but I'm still unable to bear weight on it. I'm kinda lost right now on what to do its been a few days and i haven't seen improvement should i stay off of it and keep doing pt exercises should i get a boot any advice please btw i fractured the medial malleouls and no surgery just 4 weeks casted.could i work with a walk boot job not hard just dishwashing and stock although i do walk alot.

so yesterday i got my cast of my broken ankle. after six weeks. the doc said i could start weightbaring but with the use of crutches no reccomended therapy or anything just doing ankle exercises at home i think i over did weightbaring as i walked on it for a decent amount of time now I'm unable to bear weight as my heel is very painful when weightbaring and my ankle is swollen on both sides and I'm gettin a little pain on the opposite side of my ankle the area where it was fractured doesn't hurt at all anybody know what this could be.

Its been a month since i broke my ankle ive been in a cast for two weeks now, for the past few days my ankle has been popping randomly but it doesnt hurt at all i was wondering what does this mean the cast is not tight its pretty well fit and comfortable so what you think it could be?
