Hi guys, got a few questions about legal aid and court appeals, any help is appreciated

1. If you are granted permission for a representation order via legal aid in an appeal, can you choose your lawyer or are you given one?

2. Can you fill in an appeal form on behalf of a prisoner (or do lawyers/solicitors do it)

3. Are you entitled to representation via legal aid in an appeal despite being told by your old trial lawyer you have no grounds to appeal?

Right, I know I'm exceptionally late but I have to jump on the bandwagon and admit that was by far one of the best films I've ever seen, it really made me think..so anyways, as the title says, the big debate that's no doubt gone on for years:

Hi guy I've got this question for a Java exercise and I only managed to write a bit of the code (I'm new to this stuff) I looked at the solution code and didn't understand some of it can someone explain it please?

The question is: write a class to represent records for dancers in a ballet company. A dancer record consists of a name, style (e.g classical, contemporary, etc) and position (e.g. soloist, artist etc.) Once a dancer record has been created it should be possible to change the style and position but not the name.

I got the following code but I do not understand why style and position are "not set" ? Any help please?

Hi there, I'm currently learning how to write code and such in my course I'm watching a tutorial video on how to carry out an example but in the question it says:

1. Write a class to represent athlete records for an athletics club. An athlete record consists of a name, personal best (floating point number) and discipline (e.g. sprinter, long jump, javelin etc). Once an athlete record has been created it should be possible to change the personal best and disciple but not the name.

MY QUESTION: what does discipline mean in code? Or what is it the equivalent of/how do I use it?

Got a party in two weeks.

It only happens on one game I have, the PS2 CAN read it but once it tries to boot it up the disc seems to get stuck or the PS2 cannot read it, you can just hear it spinning and clicking and then continuing to do so until it goes back to the Browser thing, however all my other games work fine, any ideas?

Skyrim has been out for a while now so I'm just curious as to which game people prefer, I would have to say Skyrim is better on a whole, but I did play Oblivion first and I would personally say it is more fun than Skyrim as it seems, to me anyways, to be more interesting than Skyrim, the guild questlines especially seem to be better in Oblivion and of course Shivering Isles was great and made a huge difference with the amazing art and colour schemes, whereas I believe Skyrim has so much more to do and the main quest has a lot more detail this time around, it also hooks me more than Oblivion..so I would say Skyrim is better on a technical and main quest side but Oblivion is the choice I would go with on an overall decision, what about you?
