Hi! So I've been with my employer for about 2 and half years now and have move up positions twice. When I moved up the first time, I got a very slight pay raise. Then when I asked to be trained to work another position, they said they can't let me do that position because I am considered "Temporary Part Time". Normally, everyone who works the position I wanted is considered "Regular Part Time" and is paid $3 more than what I'm getting paid now. Then my supervisor must have changed her mind and decided I could train for and work that position, although I'm still not getting paid a cent more per hour. I was told that basically I have to wait for a "Regular Part Time" position to open before I can be classified as such. So this obviously isn't fair because I'm getting paid $3 less than everyone else working the same exact position at the same exact time (I've been working the position for a few months now and am most likely not going to get retropaid either). Should I confront my supervisor(s), or just maybe bring it to the attention of Human Resources somehow?

So I've compiled multiple images to create the following, but I need the three different "environments" to blend or fade from one to the next. I've tried using gradient layer masks but I can't get it to work.

Okay so I'm 18, about 5'10 and 127 lbs. I don't need nutrition advice since I'm already shifting towards a higher protein diet, etc. I just want to know what the best workout is for me if I can get to the gym around four times a week. My main goal is to basically gain weight (muscle) so I don't look anorexic.. I know there are websites with a bunch of stuff about skinny guy workouts, but they aren't talking about actual SKINNY guys, they're talking about guys with no muscle and who aren't fat. I have some muscle since I've been working out for about a month now, but I LOOK way too skinny.

Basically I want to know:

What muscle groups to work, how often, how many reps, how much weight, etc. So far I've been doing abs about every time I go, and the alternate between arms and legs. Occasionally I'll do back and chest.

Preferably I'd like to stick with the machines since the free weights area of my gym is full of judgmental guys who are obsessed with working out...

So today my license was suspended since it was my second offense. The first was Failure to Control because I went to pick up my phone from the car floor and got back up and was hitting a parked car. This time it was a speeding ticket, 15 over on the highway. My license was suspended for 90 days with privileges, but I'm wondering if it matters that I turn 18 next Thursday? I live in Ohio and the BMV website or whatever says that a license suspension related to drugs ends on your 18th birthday, but a second offense one lasts the full 90 days... That doesn't make sense to me.. shouldn't a drug related suspension be more harsh based on the fact that my first offense had nothing to do with my driving ability?

So, I'm going into graphic design, and I've decided I need a camera to take high quality photos that are good to work with in Photoshop, etc. For now I'm just looking for a nice digital camera, like a simple Nikon Coolpix. I don't know too much about cameras and I'm still confused about what ISO is, but basically, if I'm MAINLY looking for very high quality pictures, should I focus on Megapixels or ISO? So I ordered something on 12/27 from the US Zara website and the status is still "Being processed"... I checked my bank statement and the money was taken from my account so I don't get why it's still being processed after five days. I contacted them twice because I thought there might be an issue with my billing address but never got a reply and I assume there wasn't a problem since the money was taken out. Is this normal?

So I'm looking around for my next car. It will be used and under/around $10,000. I want something black, preferably with black leather interior and a sunroof. I've been looking at used Audi A6s and A4s and Infiniti G35s, and the older models around the 2000-2006 range are pretty affordable. I want a car with at least less than 100k miles. The only hesitation about the Audi and Infiniti is how expensive they are to repair if something messes up. What are some cars that would be good for me? Is the Audi and Infiniti a good enough car to not have to worry about repairing it often? I also like Nissan Altimas and Maximas as well as Lincoln MKZs.

So homecoming is this saturday, and I've planned on wearing black and gold, but I can't seem to find the right gold tie ANYWHERE. I already got a gold belt so the tie has to match it:

So since I don't have much time to keep looking for a tie or buy one online, I was wondering if it's possible to get a solid tie (like a white one) and either spray paint it with metallic gold paint or to maybe find fabric paint that will match? If not, I can always just switch the color gold for another.. Thanks!

I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and yesterday, my friend pulled up the lever to tilt the seat back and the handle broke off. Also, she'd fling back whenever I accelerated since the seat recline won't lock into place or something. We've already tried pushing the handle back down as hard as we can, but that won't work.. But I still feel like we just need to push the handle back down, but something's jamming it maybe. The seat makes like a grinding noise when it tilts back unless you pull the handle up, and tilts forward by itself. You can lean back on it a little, but if you lean to hard, you'll just tilt all the way back. So how can I fix this? (Besides putting something behind the seat.) Thanks!

Right when I start my car (1987 Chevy S10), it starts squealing over and over again and does so the entire time the car is running, except when I press the brake, even if it's just slightly. What could be the cause of this?

Yesterday, me and my friend were at Walmart and she decided to put mascara in her purse, and I put hair dye in her purse for her, then our other friend was thirsty, so we also tried to steal a chocolate milk. We got caught on the way out, but only me and the girl with the purse were taken to the room, where they took our information, etc. In total, the stuff was worth about $13, and they said if my friend would have had an ID, (I had mine) that we could've just went home with our parents...which we did anyway? Our moms came and mine got one paper talking about Asset Protection Recovery, and that's it. They said we'll have to go to court and we'll get something in the mail and that's about it. By the way, we are both 16 and we're in Ohio.

My questions are:

Will this show up to potential employers? (I'm currently trying to get a job)

Will I be able to do community service to lower the fines or whatever?

What will happen in court?

And please only serious answers. I know shoplifting is bad and that is the first time I've ever done something like that, and don't plan to do it ever again. Thanks!

I have a 1987 Chevy S10 truck, and we recently put in a new radio we got from Walmart (the factory one wouldn't power on.) It worked for about a week, then one day when I turned a corner, the fuse blew. We replaced the fuse yesterday, and on my way back to my house, I turned a corner and it blew again. Could it be blowing because of the turn signal or something (I think I was turning right both times..) If not, what's causing it to blow? Thanks!

Me and my dad dropped off my laptop to Best Buy's Geek Squad a few days ago and they said they'd call my dad when it was ready to be picked up. According to Geek Squad's repair tracking thing, it'll probably be ready tomorrow or Saturday. My dad works an hour and a half away and might not be here when he gets the call. Would they let me take my laptop if he isn't there? I have a copy of the paper they gave us (with the service number, info, etc.) or does he have to be there for some reason? Thanks!

So, I took my MacBook Pro into Best Buy to see if they could fix my loose S key on the keyboard. They said it'd have to be replaced and sent out to be repaired. I had a case I'd gotten from eBay on it, but they said they couldn't ship computers with cases on them, so they were going to take it off. They then pried it off, looking like they were going to break my effing computer, and broke the top half of the case. Since they did that, they gave me a free one which is an ugly green one that was the best one I could find. I honestly just want to just get the same case I had from eBay again, but if I try to return the green case, they'll just give me a Best Buy giftcard. I don't want to get a different case from Best Buy because they only have like five choices which are all ugly. Is there any way I could get them to just give me the money for returning the case? Or do they sell Visa giftcards or something there that I can get after returning it? Thanks!

I was dying my hair at like 1 in the morning today and I didn't notice that I got hair dye on my otterbox case (the silicon part). I've tried bleach and soap, comet cleaning stuff and even shampoo :D It's faded a little since this morning, but it's not gone... Anybody know how to get it off? Soak it in bleach?

My current laptop battery life when unplugged is about one hour. I'm thinking about getting a new battery from eBay and it's a 9 cell Li-ion, 7800 mAh for Dell Inspiron laptops. How long will this battery life be when unplugged?

I have exactly 560 Microsoft points left and I've decided to get a new map for Left 4 Dead. I have both the first and second games so should I get "The Sacrifice" for Left 4 Dead 1 or 2, or should I get "Crash Course" for the first one? Thanks!
