A Good Woman

If you are not happy and this other woman makes the married man, or man in a relationship happy, why not just end your married or relationship and be with the woman you are cheating with? I mean apparently the man is not happy with what he has at home...right?

Once friends have crossed then line and had a sexual realtionship or experience, even if it was once, you you think they could ever go back to being just friends? If so do you tell your spouse or just let sleeping dogs lay where they lay? Would you just make that person a mutual friend of you and your wife's and just move on? Or would it complicate things?

How would you feel if your husband told you, after you asked, that he was still in love with his ex. That love will never go away. But he married you and that is where his trust and loyalty lies with you because he knew that the ex was not good for him. She was not good to him and made the decison to leave her. If he said that as when time went on he dated you and found that you treated him like a man should be treated, would be a good wife and mother. Therefore he made the choice, after getting to know you that he would marry you. You are a good woman and would be a fool to let that go. He loves you but is still in love with her. To please understand he has not intention of ever hurting you by going back to her or cheating with her. He adores his children and would not break up his family. He cares deeply for you as his wife and would never do anything to hurt you. He cares for you but is in love with another woman.

Would you divorce him and move on knowing that you have him physically, his loyalty, and his intellectual mind? Would it be to much to bear. What if you told him that you are happy he is honest but feels that marriage will not work anymore because you cannot accept the fact you do not have his heart and does not want to live a lie. Would a wife be wrong for that if nothing else is wrong in the marriage? What if the husband is in love with another woman but has not spoken to her and will never cheat with her. Is the threat still there?

Me and hubby just had a newborn baby. We do not have a lease with our landlord just a verbal agreement that rent is due on the 30th of each month and if for any reason we cannot pay then to call him and give a date we can pay and there will be no late fees. Well I called the landlord and told him we could pay on the 17th of October. Well I had a setback with my C section and hubby missed a week of work due to my having an infection. I called the landlord on the 14th and informed him that due to curcumstance we cannot pay rent til the 24th of the month that he could come by and get the rental payment at 10:00am. I told him if this is a problem to call us back immediately and we will come up with something. He refuses to give us his mailing address and we only have his cell phone number. He also refuses to make repairs. We had to also fix the plumbing because he would not and it was backed up. The tub and the toilet and started to smell. We could not wait with a new baby and other children it was getting too bad. I called him back and told him we had the repairs done and would deduct it from the rent since he and his wife refuses to give us a mailing address. His wife said she did not know it. Well he came by on the 17th anyway demanding rent and was really rude to my hubby. My husband said we only see you when it is time for rent but you refuse to make any repairs. The landlord said that did not matter he doesn't have to make repairs. My husband got really upset and slammed the door in his face and told him to come on the 24th. My husband first asked him if he got my message to come on the 24th the landlord said yes but that does not matter and he would have to pay and extra $200.00 my husband was outraged. The landlord said we are always late which is not true and I have receipts. He does get mad when we don't pay him in cash. Now he has sent a notice to vacate due to non payment of rent which is not true. What is wrong with this guy? We are going to let him file eviction and have our day in court. Why do landlords get away with this? We have holes in the kitchen floor which he keeps saying he will repair but does not and the cabinets fell on my daughter and he still refuses to repair that. What can we do he is stressing us out? The only address we found for him is the address we live at. No other address. He said he does not have to make repairs. What advice do you have?

My husband and I have been going through a rough time and it is affecting our marriage. Please help! I pay rent monthly. There are no late fees I just have to call the landlord before the 30th of the month and tell him what day I need to pay rent. Up until now this has not been a problem. However, the problem is that the landlord does not make repairs. It is up to me and my husband to sometimes pay hundreds of dollars to make the repairs to the plumbing and anything else that is needed. We cannot mail him notice to make repairs, as stipulated by law, because he and his wife refuse to give us their mailing address. We recently spent $300.00 on repairs and told him to come around the 24th of the month since we just had a new baby also and are struggling to pay bills and make repairs to keep our other kids safe. He came by this moring and was like we have to pay late fees. My husband informed him that he has not been making repairs and we have had to pay for them. The landlord said that did not matter he does not have to make repairs. My husband slammed the door in his face and told him to come on the 24th as requested. I called and his wife answered and refused to give me their mailing address. The law seems in favor of the landlord. Our plumbing was backed up for almost a month until we got the repairs made. Any advice on what we can do. Since hurricane Ike last year we were put back financially and cannot move right now. Plus I was lais off last year. This landlord is taking advantage but he is suppose to make repairs. The kitchen cabinet even fell down on one of my daughters last year. We told him about it and he said he would get it fixed but a year has passed. Please some advice. This is bad business practice. What can we do? I called an attorney who said for me to mail notice but I explained to him the landlord refuses to give an address. The attorney has not called me back. What can I do??

The landlord has been really trying my husband's patience and stressing him and me out. Due to our financial situation we cannot move but he should not be able to do this to us. Then again all laws point in favor of the landlord not the tennant it seems. He told my husband he does not have to make repairs but we have to pay rent. What can we do?

I would like to lose twenty pounds in one month, if it is possible. I don't want to take diet pills. Just diet and exercise. I currently have lost only four pounds in three weeks. Next week if I lose another pound it will be five pounds in one month which only adds up to 1.25 pounds a week. I am 5'7 and need to lose 50lbs but is willing to start out with twenty pounds in additon to the four pounds I have already lost. I tried drinking veggie juice daily and only that but I am tired of that. I lost two pounds in two days but it did not seem healthy. Any advice? Veggie diet or just salad and fluids maybe?

What should I do if my husband's sister brought his ex to my house. If she just invited the ex over? Should I confront her about it or just talk to my husband if this is the case? I realize that I cannot determine who is my sister in law's friend but is it a bit disrespectful if she calls and says she is coming over to visit my husband then appears and says look who I brought with me? At first I assumed it was just one of her friends but when I realized the truth I was very upset. She is deceptive like that and I don't appreciate the disrespect. What course of action who be logical to take. I cannot blame my husband he did not know she was coming with his sister and her and the ex are still very close. I asked my husband if he still loved his ex and he said yes. He also said that is his past and she has no chance with him ever again. He said that what matters is that he is IN LOVE with me. I have always been there for him and she just left him for someone else. He said the breakup was not a bad one and he has no ill will against her. Is this not selfish? I was at my aunts house yesterday and the neighbors were arguing about this so loudly we heard them outside. His wife was crying and asking him to leave and he would not. Why would he stay after admitting he was in love with his ex still and even cheated with her a few times? His poor wife. He said that he knows his wife is a good woman and doesn't want to lose her. He said they can work this out but still wants the ex to be in his life too. She said he was insane that he needs to be with his ex not her and asked for a divorce. He said that he will never leave her for another woman. The bad thing about it was today she told my aunt that she trusted that they were just friends. She even got to know the woman and she has been to her home and laughed in her face. All the time they were sleeping together. She told him to chose and he said he will chose his wife any day and that he was so sorry. She is so hurt. How can a man do this to his wife? He brought this woman to his home and introduced her to his wife. Said they were just friends. She trusted him and he was sleeping with her the whole time. This woman ate her food, went out with them on double dates. She even laughed and pretended to be her mutual friend too. What is wrong with these people. His wife is torn to peices. Why would he do that?

How many men out there, if they had the chance, would honestly cheat on their wives with Beyonce or a woman who looks like her or any other beautiful women like Halley Berry. Any beautiful sexy woman and keep it to yourself because you would feel foolish to pass up the oppurtunity? Be honest. Do you think it would be worth it? Why or why not?

If a man does not have a high sex drive and his wife does would you be worried if after about four months of very little sex, from the husband, if the wife stopped asking for it. She has a high sex drive and he says he cannot help that he does not. They have had sex maybe four times in four months. Now he is tripping because she will not ask. Shouldn't he be happy she is not bothering him anymore. At what point did he think she would get tired of being rejected? He says she keeps her hair done a lot more and has changed her appearance. I told him to just sit down and have a loving talk with her. She was overweight for a while. Now she has lost lots a weight and looks really good. But for some reason she won't stop losing weight. So he called me tonight and is really worried. I noticed that she lost weight and as a friend was very happy for her but I did tell him that she lost like 15 more pounds and her cheeks look sunken in. How can I help him. He pushed her to lose weight but now she is going too far. What advice can I give. I mean he is the one who kept telling her to lose weight and how it would improve their sex life and how the visual stimulates a man. So he got what he wanted why is he tripping? I am worried because now I can see that her once healthy cheeks are turining to bone. She does not eat anymore either. My cousin cheated on his wife because he gained weight like 50lbs. I asked him why don't he just divorce her and come clean. He said it is because his wife is a good woman who cooks, cleans, takes care of home and him and that would be stupid for him to leave. I asked why not encourage her to lose weight by exercising with her and eating healthier. He said he does not want to hurt her feelings. He told me not to tell her but I said it is not my place. Is this why most men like their women small? I heard my cousins friend say it is too much work sleeping with a big woman. My cousin said it is too hard to find a good woman so I don't care if she is big or small as long as she is good to me. His friend said that smaller woman or thick women are more visually attractive in bed than a big woman or a woman who is too thick? What do yall think?

I am seven months pregnant and my husband seems so distant lately. We have had some issues in the past. I know that I have been a bit insecure. First he downloaded pics of beautiful, sexy women but later deleted them after I bitched a fit, he never did that is fifteen years. Then his sister's girlfriend is a stripper and I think he is attracted her and her to him because she asked him to go out of town with him but he declined. She is a stripper and he asked his little sister where she gets her stripper clothes from last night. Am I being unreasonable? I just feel like I cannot trust him. He said it was just a question he does not want her or anyone else. I woulld rather be safe than sorry. Why would he ask where she gets those clothes from? I am pregnant and don't have a stripper body so it cannot be for me. I am so sad and confused. Am I overreacting? Please give advice because I am dying inside lately and I don't want to not trust him but he makes it hard it seems. Am I just insecure and paranoid?

IMy friend Carrie's husband David is a truck driver. Dave's sister is gay. He get along with his sisters girlfriend and Carrie did too at first. Well last week Dave's sister's girlfriend asked Dave to go out with him the next time he takes a trip which they would be gone 2-3 weeks. He told Carrie and she got upset. Should he take his sister's gay girlfriend or not. I don't know what to tell Carrie. Her husband said it is innocent and does not see her that way and she has nothing to worry about.
