i recently acquired a dinning room table that has a blue plate embedded in it with Jack Nicklaus signature on it. my question is, is this table worth anything? would it be considered a collectors item? or is it just junk?

i have done numberous searches online to no avail.if someone could point me somewhere where i could find out that would work also. if anyone could please help me out i would really appreciate it.

i have a baby due tomorrow and am looking to make some room, so i would like to get rid of this. either in the garbage on craigs list or at an auction if its worth anything.

long story. PLEASE HELP

ok at first we lost 2 houses we were interested in because the mortgage lender could not get all the paper work in order before the houses were gone, so my wife and i went to find a new mortgage lender and came to shore mortgage. explained the situation and they said thet this would not happen with them.

so shore mortgage came back and said that we were pre-approved for 110,000.00. so we started bidding on a house that was asking 99,00.

we agreed on 97,500, 6% from sellers with 1200 ernest money down with a closing date of march 25th.

then shore mortgage comes back and tells us we can only get approved for 95,00.

so we huff and puff and finally decide that its fine, we just need to come up with more money down.

so everything looks great until the 23rd when our mortgage lender informs us that we need to get a 2 week extension because he was not aware that the home was a site condo, and needed a site condo evaluation. so again we huffand puff and ask why this was not taken care of, and how come it will take 2 weeks.he tells us that it shouldn't take that long , but just to be safe get 2 weeks.

so we tell our agent and she requests the 2 weeks, they say they will only give us 10 days. our mortgage lender says that is plenty enough time.

so everything is all peachy until 2 days before the final closeing when our mortgage lender calls and tells us " sorry i can not get you approved."<--- thats a BIG period.

so we inform our agent, she then informs the listing agent and the bank that owned the property, and they say that they are not willing to return our 1200 because we had passed the date the all the mortgage contingencies should have been finished, mind you that the extension was for a mortgage contingency.

the mortgage lenders boss said "oh my i don't know what to tell you???"i said "don't you think you should tell me not to worry and you will get my money back?" she says " i don't know i have to speak with your agent and find out the details"

so now we lost out on our house a third house, lost out on 3 months of time, 1200 dollars plus the 350 dollars we spent on the home appraisal.

please help me and tell me what my course of action should be.

i bought a new router" belkinGplus MIMO) and i have that working fine. i built my new pc and that is running fine as well. now my question is. i have 1PC,1XBOX360,1PS3 wired to the belkin. and one laptop and my WII are hooked up wireless to the belkin. it has 1 more wired connection left and i want to know if i can use my old router with that last connection for my other 2 PCs. and how i should go about doing this. my old router is a Microsoft MN-100 router.

my girlfriend suffers from Migraines, she usually takes the prescription drug imatrex. she had a doctors appointment today for a current migraine, in which they informed her that her insurrance was canceled on the 31st of dec. her insurrance was canceld because her parents took a buyout package from ford motor company. so i am asking if anyone knows a good home remedy that maybe could help her? or any over the counter drugs that have worked for you? thanks in advance

ok so i go to borics/fantastic sams or any of the other chains, and when i get my hair cut, just a no guard to the next guard up, then blended to the top and the top cut to about 1 1/2 inchs. but everytime i get it done the top is always uneven. now i know i only pay 10-14 dollars each time, but comeon!! shouldn't they be able to cut it even??
