Why dont you just ASK her to have a threesome or ask her what she thinks about a threesome? It's wrong if you have to be sneaky about. If all three are game, then not wrong at all. Don't worry about what others think about your morals. They are not you and don't live your life, but in order not to lose a friend, I would suggest just being up front about it.
